This is Gopinath P.v from Hyderabad. My SUN DTH smart card number is 41043841026R.
I am waiting past (Oct -2010 to Feb-2011) 5 Months (No signal SUN DTH) regarding Regalement for SUN DTH Till date not ratified.
I don’t want to lesion all lie story’s. I am not satisfied your service. I logged so many complaints and I send E-mails also.
I spoke the distributor for the same problem they told they will send technician for solving the problem. But did'nt send. Again i made
call after 2 days i told they made my problem as a complaint and told after 3 days, my problem not solved.
After that there is no response. till date they are not responding me with correct solution.
So I called Sun Direct customer care (Hyderabad) many times. They have registered my complaint

2. 1035471249 (Date:6-SEP-2010)
3. 1353061592 (Date:11-DEC-2010)
4. SUN97630 (Date:27-DEC-2010)
5. 1854938542 (Date:10-Feb-2011)
They told all problems will be solved with 2 hours, 24 hours and 48 hours
frequently while i am calling the customer care but no response.
I am totally fed up on this issue. I want file a case against Distributor
and Sun Direct.
I need solution. For the total 5 months i can't able to view the channels.I need claim Against them.
