    Default Airtel DTH - practice to humilate customers

    Airtel DTH Customer Support - here is What you get when you call them....

    Apart from getting good customer support which Airtel promise, here are few things which you will get as an ADD-ON when you going to call Airtel DTH customer service.

    1) Long wait time
    2) No Technical Support abilities
    3) Internal Practice to humiliate customer every time when they call Airtel call center so next time whenever a customer need, he should think 10 times before he calls Airtel to get the support
    4) No Escalation Matrix in house - so if you decide to escalate a case which you have opened you have no place to go/to talk as they don’t have information who is their supervisor.
    5) If you are lucky enough to stay for 1 hour on call, you will be get redirected to next colleague - who will pretend to be as a supervisor but as you start explaining the issue - he or she will hang up on you, so now have two options in hand either you will wait till the issue get addressed in next 24 hours or stay again for 1 hour on phone to reach to next supervisor.
    6) Every time you will get a new supervisor to explain the issue as the last one is busy with other customer, so internal they play ping-pong with customers to address the issue.
    7) Whenever they promise to arrange a call back in next 1 hour – please please do not take that 1 hour duration seriously as there is no one who will keep a track to gave a callback to assist you for the issue.
    8) Net-Net the experience with Airtel is horrible, horrified, humiliating, disgusting, bad, worst....the list is endless.
    9) The call center has understood the meaning of cust-mer - which means a customer should dead (maar) with pain.

    Note: Please re-consider if you are planning to buy Airtel Dish Services.

    I like to know because they wasted my time and they could not able to provide the services which they have promised, can i ask for a claim regarding this?...what is the law do we have for a customer in such type of cases.

    Please advise.

    Default no responsefor complaint for last 6 days

    Hi,

    I have registered the complaint for my cable disconnection, and no one reached my home, since last 6 days, the cable is still disconnected and i have raised around 3 complaints for the same issue, but all are closed without response, this is the horrible experience, Now i have decided not to raise any complaints and wait till this month end, i will disconnect ur service permenantely and world go for other (TATA SKY), where they provide immediate service and proper respose, this is the exp my friend shared with me, Once again ur service SUCKS!! and u guys are least bothered about Customers
