I am a customer of Tata Sky. On 4th August 2010, I have tries a recharge of Rs.200/- through their website using my online banking account of OBC mylapore. Even four tries the screen given me transaction error and the tata-sky account not got credited. Then I made the recharge through my credit card and it got recharged.

On 5th evening I got 4 SMS from Tata-sky stating, my account has been credit 200/- (4 times = Rs.800/-) which based on 4th August failed transaction and the same has been debited from my account.

I have made a complaint on 5th evening itself and the executive assured me, the money will be refunded within 48 hours. Even after 4 days later it not got reversed, I called them, they told me that they will deduct the reversal charges from the same. Even the mistake is purely lies on their side, they want to deduct the money from me. I would request your intervention to get the complete refund from Tata-Sky, which they wrongly deducted from my account.
