Dear people concerned, Thanks for attending to my previous complaints. There you are, you had to! But in-spite of you people publishing rubbish about your free services, specially during rains!!! The service staff comes when there was a genuine problem and when they were not even called for but were to attend on behalf of the TATA SKY administration itself, they arrive as if they are the owner of the premises and asks the account holder for a ladder (WHICH THE ACCOUNT HOLDER HIMSELF CARRIES FROM A FAR FOR THE SERVICE MEN!!!) and they reluctantly climb up and spends a few seconds and climbs down and announces "ITS DONE, PAY 350 RS!!" Thanks for approving my evaluation about the service being that of Thieves!!! You want the numbers of the persons who attended? Here you are 9758033810, 9219656565! Thanks again, J.Banerjee.
