SUN direct services are extremly poor, nobosy there to resolve problem Hi,
I am a sun direct customer and the service is distrupted from last 25 days.
I call customer care every day, my last complaint number is SR # 1-330891628, yesterday i got a sms that this complaint is closed but nobody had visited my place neither problem is resolved.
I have mailed this to nodal officer and called on the number given on internet.
I am not getting, what is the next step to do?
Please help!
