    Default Airtel DTH Service Horrible: I lost my Peace of Mind: Please Refund my money back

    Hi,
    Kind Attn: AIRTEL DTH Complaints are not being attended, customers are being neglected,
    Want the refund of money and compensation for making lose my peace of mind.
    I am an existing customer , " Customer ID : 3001629910" , am very sorry to say that I have done a big mistake by choosing AIRTEL DTH.

    I recharged my A/C on 14/07/2010 to upgrade my existing DTH connection to HD. As on date 25/07/2010 the HD set-top box has not been installed.

    I have called minimum 50 times to C.Care executives ( 1800 102 8080). Service is horrible. Very pathetic service.

    Complaint number is 3374887, i have repeatedly called to c.care on dated 20-07-2010, 21-07-2010, 22-07-2010, 23-07-2010, 24-07-2010, 25-07-2010 .

    They say ur problem would be resolved today, tomorrow, within 24hrs etc. It’s been six days there is no response from technical persons and there is no action taken from airtel till date.

    I am frustrated on Airtel DTH services and their irresponsibility and considering customers granted.

    I want the refund my money in my A/C (Rs 2300/ )and remaining four months yearly subscription amount.

    NOTE: I have already ordered Tata sky DTH. They have already installed the set-top box has been installed just within four hours.

    Thus I have decided to lodge a consumer complaint against Airtel DTH service for making me lose my peace of mind. I want compensation for that.

    I will surely post this on internet Facebook, DTH buying forums...f

    Angry Horrible service

    My customer ID is 3005280429 from last 4 days after complain no one is able to come my place and able to solve the problem, every time over Engineer is on the way he will be there within one hour and from yesterday no one is picking the phone so i am warning to every person who is thinking of this piece of junk i think you should go for Tata Sky, no issue since 2 year at home this connection actually at my Restoration so already people come to know when they ask for Tv so Already bad publicity is going on for Airtel and What they are getting they are deserve for it now i am thinking to purchase a Tata Sky if they do not able to rectify my problem in few days now its there choice.

    Dear Sir,
    I had a Airtel Dth on 18th Oct suddenly it stop working i had a call to
    Airtel, the guy Mr Khawja he told me that call after 1 hour so he will
    rectify the problem but after1 hour the problem did not solve than he
    told me that he will register a complain after his registration a
    complain i had a call that engineer is on the way with in one hour he
    will be at you place but till now no one is there only false calls if
    you did not belive in service than let me know so i will arrange some
    other service there is lots of service available in market. This
    connection is on Restaurant so already you are getting lots of very bad
    advertising i had no problem if you think you belve in selling product
    and did not belive in service than how many day you will service in this
    competitive market.

    Hope you will arrange some one and take quick action.

    Now today is 25 th of Oct but still no one able to come, only i had one call on 23 by airtel that Engeener will come in some hour, but still no one is able to come So be aware of airtel dth scrap.
