Hi,
If the scheme was open on the purchasing date, then they must provide you free installation along with the 3 month subscription. If the dealer or the company is not coordinating with you, then send a notice to the dealer and mention all the problem you faced and ask them for the solutions.
Note: send the notice through the registered post only and also send a copy of notice at admin@consumercourt.in

Dear Sir,
I Tarvinder Singh R/O S-135 Parampuri Uttam Nagar, New Delhi 59 purchased a Reliance Big TV connection on 8/12/08 for Rs 1490/-, at the time of purchasing you told me that Installation is free along with the three month subscription, but still I am waiting for the installation and you also told me that the installation will not going to take more than 2 days, but after 11 days the situation is remain same and if I am talking to the Big TV customer care they told me that the scheme is closed now and you have to pay extra Rs 600/- Plus Rs 360 for installation and the three month subscription.
As the bill is of 8/12/08 the scheme was not closed and it is your duty and responsibility to get my connection installed, so kindly pay attention, do installation and provide me the 3 month free subscription as par the scheme and rule of consumer court.

sir, i recharged my big tv on 9.1.2011 for rs.2000/- for one year silver package. after one week the custmer care people names shri akhilesh you are recharge for another rs,50 for activiate for one year why should i deposit another rs/50 whereas i have already deposited rs.2000 in advance. actually rs.15 was lying with big tv. why they kept in daily chargs and charged rs.60 for one week please activate my no.200656327290 from to day forone year

Sir, I have paid Rs.1390/-for subscription of Reliance Big TV DTH Service under your 4 months free scheme(Silver Plus Pack) from appco groupindia representative Ms. Meenakshi Singh(Ph No.9654024460) on 02-11-2010. But till date that has not been installed and inspite of my repeated phone calls to Ms. Meenakshi, she is giviing evasive answers like "within one or two days the engineer will install it", but still it has not been installed. I request you to do the needful at the earliest failing which I will be forced to take legal action.
