Hi,
If the scheme was open on the purchasing date, then they must provide you free installation along with the 3 month subscription. If the dealer or the company is not coordinating with you, then send a notice to the dealer and mention all the problem you faced and ask them for the solutions.
Note: send the notice through the registered post only and also send a copy of notice at admin@consumercourt.in
