    Default bad services by customer care excutives

    I had booked a new DTH connection, of Tata Sky, online on date 02/07/2010. After booking I have not received the hardware until I called to Tata Sky, after that I received the hardware through courier on date 09/07/2010 (8 days after booking). The hardware I received, was already registered to another person in different city. So when I tried I was unable to online register with that hardware (with Digicomp and Digicard No.). I also have called so many times to costumer care (around 2.5 hrs talked) but still problem has not been solved. I have complained about this problem to local Gwalior Dealer (From where I received hardware). He said that there is no problem, and advised me to complete my installation, after that he will solve the problem. He sent an engineer and completed the installation on Sunday 11/07/2010, and also gave me subscribers ID 1048198384, but again when I tried to register with this subscriber ID then againm I found that this ID has already been registered in the name of some other person whose name is Prateek Tyagi. Still problem not has been solved

    Default Dth customer care

    Hello,
    As you mentioned that you have already registered your complaint with the TATA Sky DTH customer care but still not get any response, so we suggest you to send a written notice to the Nodal Officer via email or registered post, mention all the details in it and ask them for the proper solution with in the mentioned time in the notice, wait for their response and revert us back.
    Note: Keep all the copy of Complaint, Notice and the registered post slip, this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum.
