Sir, I am using SUN DTH since 2009 and I had subscribed for the whole year (2010). But for a quite long period, I am not receiving any services. Whenever, I switch on the Set top Box, error message appears, saying that 'No Service" or "Service current scrambled" or "Insert Smart Card". Hence, I lodged complaints several times and advised to keep on the TV for atleast 2 hours to receive channels. But nothing has happened. 24 hrs service no. provided by the Service provider is totally crank. Please advice further action.
