We have an Airtel Digital TV which we are using for the last 1 year.

Recently we moved from Pune to Gurgaon and to get our digital tv re-installed at Gurgaon we had to wait for 10 days after registering our request on 15th Jun, 2010 and following up everyday for it.
Finally when we got the digital TV re-installed on 24th June we thought now at least things would be fine. But we were wrong, within 15 mins of re-installation the channels went off and we got the message "Please recharge your account to resume your service" with Error Code 6
We had already paid for a pack for one year in Oct-Nov 2009 and above that too we still have balance in my account so this problem makes no sense.
We have called up the customer care every time since that day and every time we got the assurance that it would be resolved in the next 20-24 hrs but still nothing has changed. We've spoken to your customer care executives, your technical support, the supervisors and everyone but the result is a BIG ZERO. Yesterday (7th July 2010) when we called up the customer care again we were told that our complaint was resolved on 30th June. We are appalled over this, how could you resolve the complaint without taking a confirmation from the customer. Our complaint has still not been resolved and as always again a request number has been given to us with a 24 hrs SLA and still we have received no call from the airtel office neither has my complaint been resolved.
The last thing we can think of is raising a formal complaint against them in the consumer court and taking this matter to higher authorities if this issue is not resolved now.
