    Wink Re installatin of Digital Airtel TV

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I have purched on Aritel Digital (DTH) and installed at my home, after some time I have shifted my room to another location so I have to re install the DTH at that location. I am taking follow up with Customer care since last five days, But no body is giving positive response. They attend the call and still did not any reply regarding this query.

    Every day the customer care people ensure me that it will be done today but till date the problem is not solved.

    If the customer care is not responding then send a written notice to the Nodal Officer via email or registered post, mention all the details in it and ask them for the re installation with in the mentioned time in the notice, wait for their response and revert us back.
    Note: Keep all the copy of Complaint, Notice and the registered post slip, this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum.

    Dear concern,
    I am a customer of airtel digital TV. My Customer ID is 3001664588. I had given a complain on 15th October 2011 as some chainnels are not coming . I was given Complain No-12982323,13067185 by airtel digital TV customer care and informd that my problem would be not resolved by 31st October 2011 but coudn't visiting airtel DTH executive. No body visited yesterday. I am trying to contact airtel digital TV customer care since 15th -0ct-2011. evening by my registered mobile and not able to talk as after getting connected my phone is kept silent and after some times the call gets cut. My problem is not resolved.

    Please get in touch ur engg and why not visited that my native places cust engg name - Sanjay Kumar Contact no-09661076002. please take in action against the customer service , and I worries about this type of service of air tel degital service .please revert asap
