    Angry Sun direct DTH not responding for complaints

    My name is N. Seetha Ramaih Setty. I have been using sundirect DTH connection from past one and half years. From the last 2 months I am not receiving SUN, Gemini and Teja channels. I have been complaining from past 2 months and no action is taken from SUN Direct DTH side. My complaint nubers are 0021906418, 0023040129, and 0023109255. They gave one number to call and a technician will come and correct the problem. Then reference name given is Satya Narayana Reddy and his number is 9590324668. In spite of calling him from last 15 days, he never attended. If I call the helpline, after listening my problem, they simply disconnect without responding.

    Can I get any solution for the same.

    nothing is going to happen on this forum, this is just an extension or replica of our own bloody govt run consumer grievence, these people will only laugh and sit over pur grievences.......nothing is but just bullshit in this country.

    And worst is the sun direct has diabled their complaint lines, totally isolated their customers, this is more than the verdicts of this lawless nation,,,,,,,nothing but cange over to a better service peovider, ket the CEO of sun direct put our investments in his a******.
    This forum admin has only one hard coded reply, " Please provide your details, we will look into it", the asshole dont know this is what we had been listening from the era of our freedom.....hahahaha, this corporates even bribed them.
    ADMIN ...please change this site name to NON INDIAN CONSUMER CORT, it suits better.

    some channel get blocked instead of tat we got notification page in some channel to retune for free of cost so we have contacted covai direct ,rspuram , coimbatore contact no: 9842236304...after several calls 17 days later they came and after tuning they tried to upgrade the software but it got failed and they told to bring setup box to covai direct service center
    ..Today (2/11/2010) i went there they told it cant be upgraded without servicing as it is old model and they ask me to pay 250 rs on behave of service charge and they can return back only after diwali..... Then we contacted customer care, a girl picked phone to listen enquiry in tamil but the girl is mallu and she did not understand my problem properly she was bluffing like anything.... we got fedup of sundirect ...sun direct totally sucks ....why these idiots choosen star vijay tv as notification page? better they can own network channels for notification.....

    Angry Worst and worst service from Sun Direct DTH

    Recently, Sun Direct DTH changed its satelite and its also stoped some channels with old satelite.

    Sun Direct DTH agreed to do free of charge service for replacement of STH box.

    I have given complaint 896549140 on 23rd Oct, 2010 against through call center, where SUN Direct to resolve the complaint in 48 hours.

    I tried to reach them many times, but, there is no response.

    It is worst and worst DTH service ever seen.

    Can any body help me to log a consumer caomplaint with consumer court.

    SUN Direct has to be punished very badly for its poor customer satisfaction.

    Default Worst service from Sun Direct DTH

    I have Sun Direct DTH connection, my smart card no. is 41169416959. I have already paid the subscription amount upto 30 Jan, 2011. On 8th of july 2010 i have recd a message from Sun Direct "due to technical problem with INSAT 4B satellite you may be facing signal problem". After that I made so many complaints to Sun Direct office on phone but everytime they are saying they are sending their technicians but till date no action has been taken. They put a deaf ear to my request. Please help me in this regard at your earliest.

    Question Sundirect cheating in the name of packages

    Dear Sir,

    To my utter dismay I got a Sundirect DTH connection roughly 1 year back. After the first subscription period, I paid for one more month with addon channel to see the World cup. I had given a written confirmation at the time of subscription that I want only Malayalam channel package which they had provided me for first subscription period. Even for the world cup, even though I paid for the add on channel, the channel used to go off air precisely at the time of world cup matches. I had to make numerous customer complaints to view the channel. Thereaffter only a couple of months back I renewed my subscription for another 6 months and paid full subscription fee for Malayalam channel slot. It was then I was told that if I pay another Rs:10 or 12 per month I can see some selected channels like Sony TV, Discovery,etc. Since the Kaun Banega Crorepati was on I agreed with the condittion that my package of Malayalam will remain the same. They did allow me to see all Malayalam packages + Sony Channel + Discovery. Then suddently one day all Malayalam channels like Asianet, Asianet Plus went off air. I made a strong representation and then they scrambled all other channels too except the free channels and one or two Hindi/Malayalam news channels.

    Since I have paid the money in advance and I am not getting want I wanted, I felt cheated and I have nowhere else to complain. What remedy do I have as a customer, if service providers like SunTV Direct cheat its customers like this?

    Thumbs down Dont buy Sundirect dth IT IS THE WORST MOST

    SIR ,

    After due date of basic PACK, DTH providers has to broadcaste free channels but POOR SERVICE SUNDIRECT WILL SHUTDOWN ALL CHANNELS , INCLUDING DOORDARSHAN ALSO . EVEN IN BASIC PACK ACTIVE PERIOD ALSO THEY GIVE ONLY FEW CHANNELS, THEY SAID COMMING SOON FOR SEVERAL YEARS,

    I AM WAITING SINCE 2008 TILL NOW THEY HAVE NOT ADDED ANY CHANNEL BUT THEY HAVE REMOVED HUNDREDS OF PAY CHANNEL IN THIS 3 YEARS THEY ONLY TELECAST AIR TO FREE CHANNEL IN SUNDIRECT DTH

    PLEASE BELIVE ME THEY WONT INCLUDE ANY NEW CHANNEL EXCEPT AIR TO FREE MY KIND REQEST IS DONT BUY " SUNDIRECT "
