    Angry Worst customer service : AIRTEL DIGITAL TV

    Dear sir,

    I have recharge my digital tv on 19/06/2010 with 600/-, but till now amount not reflected in my account.
    I have talk my bank executive they had given my approval code, and my card statement at digitaltv@airtel.in

    Every day you customer care executive do nothing and generate new request id,

    Till now request id is :

    5 service request id till now from 19/06/2010(Saturday)

    1. 3092152
    2. 3108172
    3. 3115519
    4. 3117939
    5. 3127081

    and problem still as it is.

    Regarding this problem i have talk with kamal, kavita, uogesh, Anupam ........
    and i have also discuss my problem with one of the senior executive Mohsin Khan(according to him, he is supervisor) but problem still not solved, After that i talk with there seniour technical member on 9650595979 then he gave me finance executive number (Sandeep kumar) 9810301272, he said send your statement copy to me at sandeep.kumardhoon@airtel.in, I have sent it. According to his commitment problem has solved with in 24 hrs but now more than 36 hrs and seen not any action till now.


    what will I do ???

    Every time they said your problem solved with in 2 hrs, technical/back-end team not available, next days .......

    Please help me

    Default 26 Days still i am waiting for the resolution of my complaint

    Dear Sir,
    My Consumer id is 3003573323,
    I have take 4 months subscription of AIRTEL DTH on 27th March, but the connection got lost on 2nd of June with error message of "please recharge ur account". after calling the customer care of Airtel on daily basis i have still not recived the cable connection, but yes these executives have tortured me very much, by giving dates of resolution.
    When i did not receive any resolution of my complaint i used to call them back and these guys used to disconnect the call, they also said me if i am so keen in getting the cable then i should recharge again.
    else i will have to wait.
    today is 26th day of my wait and i am still waiting...
    Regarding the issue i have had talk with: Leela, Ravi, Karthik, Kaveri, Mosin Khan, Bhilal, Ritesh, Nitesh and many more...
    I also have recieved various complaint no which they say have been resolved or have recieved waiver, but my problem is still persisting
