Dear sir,
I have recharge my digital tv on 19/06/2010 with 600/-, but till now amount not reflected in my account.
I have talk my bank executive they had given my approval code, and my card statement at digitaltv@airtel.in
Every day you customer care executive do nothing and generate new request id,
Till now request id is :
5 service request id till now from 19/06/2010(Saturday)

4. 3117939
5. 3127081
and problem still as it is.
Regarding this problem i have talk with kamal, kavita, uogesh, Anupam ........
and i have also discuss my problem with one of the senior executive Mohsin Khan(according to him, he is supervisor) but problem still not solved, After that i talk with there seniour technical member on 9650595979 then he gave me finance executive number (Sandeep kumar) 9810301272, he said send your statement copy to me at sandeep.kumardhoon@airtel.in, I have sent it. According to his commitment problem has solved with in 24 hrs but now more than 36 hrs and seen not any action till now.
what will I do ???
Every time they said your problem solved with in 2 hrs, technical/back-end team not available, next days .......
