Myself I am Blessen Cherian. My Customer ID. is 3002218432. I have called the customer care to upgrade my airtel dtv. and the service was so cheap. The customer care rep. are dealing to customers so bad. We are planning to go to consumer court for this kind of services and will see what repected court can do? This email will be used as the proof for FIR.

Dear Customer Care Agent,

Its me Blessen Cherian again with you. I had used the voucher "HOT2000" for my booking id 1006227874 as i am using CLEARTRIP TRAVEL PACK. Requested the concern team to refund the amount Rs. 2000/- and the company CLEARTRIP haven't replied also the same. The company promised to give the refund by 3 working days and now its almost 5 days. Now i need to go legally as the company is cheating the customers this will be proof of my mail that will be filed for FIR for the respected Police Department. And with my credit card statement the voucher u send me and with the booking voucher i am going to the consumer court for the same to prove. I will wait for a reply with in 24 hours from the company CLEARTRIP and if i am not getting you the company will force me to put a case against the company. So hope to end up with a peaceful manner.

Note: The Previous mail which i have send is given below and this will the proof for the future. I will be posting this cheap service that done by cleartrip in the blogs ans consumer forum websites and hope the company will have to reply the same to that departments also.
