I have recharge my digital tv on 19/06/2010 with 600/-, but till now amount not reflected in my account.
I have talk my bank executive they had given my approval code .
Every day you customer care executive do nothing and generate new request id,
Till now request id is :
5 service request id till now from 19/06/2010(Saturday)
1. 3092152
2. 3108172
3. 3115519
4. 3117939
5. 3127081
and problem still as it is.
What is the meaning of service request ?? how it close without solving the problem ??
24 hours means request closed ????????
is it customer support ??????????
