I am Arunagiri K. I took a sun direct connection(in 2009) when i was in Mumbai. After that i got transferred to Chennai. On 19-Jun-2010, I have recharged my account for Rs.728/- for my account activation for 6 months and tamil VOD as well. I have asked the customer care people at 12:30 pm on 022-3940 7575 to activate my account as it was out of validity.
They told me that they have activated my account and i can able to see the channels after 2 hours ie after 2:30 pm. But it was not happened. Again i have called the customer care at 3:10 pm and i spoke to the manager (Shamshad).
He told me that the request was not processed and he will forward the request to get processed on urgent basis
and he assured me that i can able to see the channels after half-an-hour (ie after 3:45 pm). But that was also not worked. Again i have called the customer care three times (5:30 pm, 7:45 pm, 8:15 pm) on the same day (18-June-2010). They also told me that after 2 hours i can able to see the channels.
But till now i am not able to see the channels. It shows the error message as E16-4 Service is currently scrambled. This is my worstever experience with sundirect. I have spoken to Sun Direct customer care more than 15 times(till today ie 23-Jun-2010) on this issue. Even i have sent a mail to Sun Direct on this issue. But the issue has not been resolved yet. Still i am not able to view the channels. Please suggest on what i should do on this issue?
