Dear sir,
I have SUN DIRECT DTH which I using from about last 1 year 6 months. At last time I have recharge my account for One month.Then My cycle date shown in my account is 22.05.10 to 21.06.10.
My problem is that " If my last date of cycle is 21.06.10 then at which time company can disconnect my services?they stop my service at about 11:30 a.m. of dtd 21.06.10. Is it right? Because If I had recharge for 22.05.10 to 21.06.10 then they have to serve me for midnight of 21.06.10 but when I talk to their customer care they replied that, they can stop service on 21.06.10 at any time.Is it legal?
Kindly give me instruction what can I do for that??
