    Default After 11 days and raising repeted requests Airtel digital TV is still not installed

    Hi ,

    My customer is ID- 3007291561 , I have shifted from Bangalore to Hyderabad and from last 11 days raising requests to Re-install my Digital TV but every time my request got resolved by your engineer without even calling me or visiting my house where I want the device to re-install. These are some of the request numbers which are resolved without even contacting me… 19638939,19719061,19764105,19954784. Is there a system in place in your company to get the feedback from the customer whether the problem got resolved or not? Or you only rely on your engineers update in the system ? With every request I got the engineers number as SMS “In case any problem dial 9866614300” plz try from your side I am trying from last 10 days no one picking up the phone.
    And your call center people every day saying the same thing “ you will get a call from our backend team within 2 hours and your problem is going to resolve within 24 hours , My problem is still there and its almost 264 hours (11 days).

    Why you are selling products when you are not able to give the service. My suggestion do not harass your customer just politely tell them “ Customer please change to any other service provider as we are not able to give you the service”

    Default Reliance Big TV Setup box

    Dear Sir,

    I am using Reliance Big TV DTH from 2006. Its working fine. But for the past one month I am facing a problem that the Set off box getting switch off automatically, changing channels and volume levels automatically even I remove the battery from remote, the same problem persists.

    So I want to change my setup box as New one. But when I contacting your Customer Care Executives through toll free number, they told that they will not provide new box. They can able to provide only another box which is in good condition.

    As a customer why should I need to get old one? I want to get new setup box. But the reliance people not ready to provide the new one. I want to make this complaint on the whole network.

    Hi i want t o complaint aganist airtel dth serice because from 9th august onwards iam calling them to resolve my problem they saying there serivce engineer will come on to my home on 11th aug but he didnt came again they said he vl come on 14th didnt came again 15th and again they said 16th 9:30 pm but didnt came my airtel dth num is 3005327970 i fed up with this people they dnt even know ho to provide service to there coustmers very bad serivice

    Hi ,

    My customer is ID- 3001638502 , I have made an complaint on 2nd Sep-2012 regarding no video and from last 21 days raising requests to resolve the my problem but every time my request got resolved by your engineer without even calling me or visiting my house.These are some of the request numbers which are resolved without even contacting me… 23329556-8sep-12/23620058-13sep-12/23756726-16.09.12/24071417-21.09.12. on 19th sep an engineer has come and replaced the setup box and said it will be start in next 15 minute but still problem is there. eon I made many complaint thru mail to the customer care as well as nodal officer.
    I would ask Is there a system in place in your company to get the feedback from the customer whether the problem got resolved or not? Or you only rely on your engineers update in the system ? With every request I got the engineers number as SMS “In case any problem dial 9650497111” plz try from your side I am trying from last 21 days no one picking up the phone.

    And your call center people every day saying the same thing “ you will get a call from our backend team within 4 hours and your problem is going to resolve within 24 hours , My problem is still there and its almost 21 days.

    Angry Very Poor Service by Airtel DTH

    I am very unhappy with the service since the start with only commitments and no solutions till date...

    I have subscribed for yearly Pack however my current package shows "Mega HD 1M Bundle Feb @ 477.78

    My current account balance shows 294.11 with a validity till 15th October which is incorrect for a yearly pack

    i made an additional payment of 500 for watching movies or trying out additional packs in airtel on 3rd Septmber however my credit is lost for no reason.

    I have been speaking to Mr Ashirwad # 9833977599 however no solution to the problem yet,... Airtel is forcing me to report my discomfort with Consumer Court coz this i now becoming an harassment from Airtel

    I need my package issues resolved immediately and a call from a Senior Manager confirming it..

    lastly my set box also keeps switching off randomly
