    freinds my customer id is3005644449 i suffered a lot with airtel dth its a mental and economical harrassment booth so enough is enough you may have read my earlier posts till now my problem is not resolved so now come and join me i m satrting sms and mail campaign also i m starting i hate airtel dth campaign on orkut twitter and facebook from monday 28 th november plz come and join us site your problem faced in front of prospective buyers of airtel so we can save them from be cheated like us it is our turn we have to proove customer is king plz also write on other forums you can also write to zeebusiness pahredar please say no to your neighbours for airtel dth show your powers join us plz contact me on 09924482579 so plz site your problem in front of people it is right way

    Default Complaint against Airtel DTH

    I have subscribed normal & DVR connection. My DVR is faulty since started. First time after grate pursuance and after long time faulty DVR was replaced by Airtel. After some time IInd DVR was also got faulty. I am making complaint since long but Airtel is not sending any person to rectify the fault till date. Secondly Airtel is charging me daily rent also without any reasons. Earlier also Airtel promised me repay me the amount for the period of ist fault but Airtel did not repay the amount till date. It is cheating

    Angry Airtel DTH

    I shifted to a new place and have been chasing Airtek DTH customer care for reinstallation of the connection at my new place. I really dont know why do they fail to understand or act upon such a simple thing. Atleast 8 times I would have called them and nothing is happening. This is really disgusting. It is doing nothing apart from earning a bad name for AIRTEL. THE CUSTOMER CARE DEAPRTMENT SHOULD BE RENAMED AS CUSTOMER TROUBLE DEPARTMENT.

    Default company notification

    Sir, I krishan Gopal dhiman customer id 3000449201 customer of Air tell DTH request company now and then fresh notification implementing which is not in the favour of customer. My ATH service was not re started as bal. was rs 82/- only.i wanted to ask the ATH that if a consumer is not in a position to recharging the system with 200/- company will suspend the services .

    Default validity reducedfrom 12 months to six month

    VCNO 01504469302,i have got a recharge of 12 month , but the services were withdrawn after six month only , on enquiring from airtel customer care they told u have change the plan in jun from 160 to some 220 per month by sms,
    but i have not asked fro any change , neither done any sms, and moreover there were no extra channels available , if the plan was cahnged by airtel also, this is very bad experience for me with airtel , and i am serving in armed forces, and this kind of problem from airtel will force me to never go for airtel services any where in india.the customer care is very rude ian attending the calls aslo if there is a issue like this, if as a customer i am paying, i should get the return for that amount
    and if airtel is claiming still , then send me any proof of sms ,and send some rep to my address to verify whether there were any extra chalnnels ,or u can check ur history records, i want my validity period back immediately ,presently sine the connection was terminated i have now done ony a recarge of 200 rs for 1 month.
    looking for a speedy solution

    Default Complaon Snehita Agencies , Kurnool.

    Dear sir,

    My Digital Tv Id is : 3005764278, i am from Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. This is the receipt of my payment of Rs. 1000/ on 15/03/2012, with the receipt No. 1445 at 2:00 PM. And my Tv is not activated till 4:00 PM. And when i went to Snehita Agencies, Kurnool and enquired about this they say that the server is busy and later they say that next time you recharge from other place, as our server is busy and when i call them repeatedly they tell us to keep the setup box on and i kept the box and my TV on for almost 8 hours . This is not the way a distributor behaves with a customer. This is the second time i am facing this problem. And 6 months back the setup box had a problem in warranty time and they kept the box for almost 40 days to replace it. I request you to check the Distributors regarding these problems as Airtel is a prestigious company please don't lose the name.

    Angry Monthly PLan changed without information

    my costomer id is 3005967873 and my contact no is 7760538001.
    today morning (14/06/12).when i got up in morning and swiched on my tv.
    i show that my plan was changed to different plan .i was surprised because i was
    using my previous plan from last 1 year and more,

    when i tried to contact customer care it took them 20 min to response to my call.
    when they finally respond they were unaware of my plan .the informed me that i was using the new plan from
    last year and channel like MTV were never there in my plan but in in fact i had been watching MTV since the day i first brought the DTH.

    then they asked me to me pay 40 rs for retaining the previous plan.after arguing for 30 min they told me that i might have requested them to change my plan but i never told them to change my plan.

    after some time one senior lady came and told me that they will book a complain and promised me that
    ihe issue would be solved by next 48 hrs..

    when i asked her my complain no she refused to give it to me and said that if i am provided the complain no.it will take more days to solve my problem...

    this was ridiculous service provided by airtel.
    i was thinking of throwing the
    AIRTEL DTH in dustbin.
    but couldnot do because i had paid so much for the same.
