I want to compaint against Tata Sky.
I am usesing Tata sky from last 6 months. on 14th June I recharge my account but from yesterday my DTH service is not working.
I phone to Tata sky customer centre on 8:30 am. they said that our engineer will phone you or sms you. after 10 to 15 min. i got sms from Tata sky that our engineer will come to you on 19th June time 10:00:00 and gave his Mobile No.9757075163 no name.
today 10:30am tata sky engineer not come so i phone to customer centre and told all story to the guy he is said that our engineer will call you within 2:00 hours. Phone is not come so on 2:30 pm I call tata sky customer centre this time Miss Hemangi is on phone i told all story to the Hemangi she transfer call to his boss Miss Sharayu she promised me that our engineer will call you within 2:00 hours. till time phone is not come so phone to tata sky customer centre this time Miss Swati is on phone I told that I want to speak to Miss Sharayu she transfer call but after some time she said that Miss Sharayu will not come to phone she will call later. Now 6:30 pm but her call is not come.
So I wanted to complaint to Tata Sky to Consumer Court.
Please help me
