Dear Sir/Madam,

My smart card no is 200626044346 and using the services since last 18 months. I had such a bad service experience in last four days called several times at the customer care no and spoken to the number of people, but all in vain....
I have shifted from Ghaziabad to Sadiq Nagar in Delhi and wanted to avail the DTH service at my new place. I have called up for the same at the customer care on 12th june,2010 and requested for the same. Since than I am calling everyday to check the status of my request and spoke to your executives name Mr. Praveen, Mr.Aman,Ms. Paramjeet kaur, Mr. Siddrath and Ms Mehta, but have not received any positive reply.

It is my sincere request to kindly look into this matter on urgent basis as I am not able to view TV at my new residence.
