Hi,

I have taken Times Of India(TOI)annual subscription on jan-2010. Till now i got paper for hardly first two months. I waited and till april end i didn't raise any complaint since i was going to change adrress in the same city. Finally after changin the house i mailed to CRM.CHENNAI@TIMESGROUP.COM on May 21st regarding the change of address and request to deliver the paper to new address. I got a mail reply stating they notifide my request and it will be done by june 1st. From there till now no progress i have seen even though i am getting mail response that with in 24 hours my issue will be resolved. When i called to customer care, they are telling mail department is different.

So i want to file a case on TOI as i am having the mail evidence of their promiss regarding the issue resolution. Please let me know any laweres or leagal practioners are ready for this or sugget me how to proceed on this. Below is the mail communication betweem me and CRM.CHENNAI@TIMESGROUP.

This is totally unacceptable. If I am not going to get paper by tomorrow morning I will be taking this issue to the higher level and it may be consumer court. Please see the request raised date(Last mail in below mail chain) and your promissed date for resolution. Hope issue will be resolved by tomorrow.
