    Default Airtel Digital TV Pathetic Services, Insensitive to Customer

    I am an old Airtel customer and already have mobile and broadband/landline services so I never thought that i will be facing so many issues for the Airtel Digital TV services.

    On 10th June I submitted a request to get the Digital TV installation and setup at my place and I was told that Service Engineer will come to my place on 12th at 4.30pm and will give a confirmation call 30 mins priot to coming. Nobody turned up and nobody called while I kept waiting at my home. Next day I called up Airtel and they mentioned thay they have opened a complaint and it will get resolved maximum by 14th June evening and probably before that as well. Meanwhile I called couple of times on 14th June morning and again I was told that i will get a call back in 2 hrs and the installation will be done by evening. I left Office early again on 14th but nobody turned up. I called repeated times on 15th but nothing happened. On 16th June morning I called again and checked for complaint status and I was told that they have opened another complaint and then some Mr. Adarsh came on line and said that installation will be done by 4pm and he himself will call at 4pm to confirm. As expected nothing happened. I called them again at 4.30pm and again heard the same story - Kashika (executive) repeated the same thing that complaints are open (by the way till now they havent told me what is the status/issue on the complaints and what are they doing about it !) and for sure my problems will be resolved by 16th June evening itself and at max 24 hrs.

    As you can see the issue is still open.

    This is the height of PATHETIC services from Airtel and on the top of that customer executives keep on saying that complaints are open, what can we do, we are just telling you what we see in the system. Taking so many days in just installation and that too in Delhi NCR region and providing no reasons for continuous no-show is simply bad. This show how insensitive they are to their customers (even old customers).

    There has not been a single call or attempt from their side to atleast give some update or ETA. I keep calling them and keep on hearing their false promises losing so much time and effort out of my office.
    In case its not resolved by today I am planning to stop my Airtel mobile (I have alternate corporate mobile connection as well!) and my Airtel Broadband/landline services immediately.
