I am an existing Airtel DTH customer with customer id 3003989447.
When I availed this DTH service the Airtel DTH personnel assured that, I will get 2 regional channels (Zee Talkies + Zee Marathi) lifetime free, irrespective of the package I will be selected.
I recharged the connection (on 6th June 2010) with Super Value pack and when I contacted customer care they denied to provide these 2 channels.As mentioned earlier as these are lifetime free irrespective of package I selected how can custoer care personnel denied to provide the same?
How can there be a communication gap between customer care and sales department?
Also before to recharge when I checked on Brochure (Download brochure for rest of India) its observed that National Geographic channel is included in Super Value Pack and custoer care personnel (Sheetal) told that this channel cannot be provided under Super Value Pack
Here again the question arises that why the Brochure is not updated with latest date?
Because of this lack of communication within Airtel Personnel and between Airtel customer care and online information, I as a customer getting affected and I am sorry to say that I am not satisfied with the service provided by Airtel DTH.
