Hello I had subscribed to Airtel DTH(3009013748) arround 10 days back and have a terrible experience. I am now relocation and airtel is not willing to refund and they say to contact the dealer.
Earlier I had recharded my account through a dealer website and my account was not reflecting for over a week. Repeated calls made to customer care and the dealer has no result. I couldnt subscribe to a channel since my account was showing a negative balance. Calls made to the customer care is routed to Madhya Pradesh and none of the guys do not know english they just stammer, pronounce the name in correct, and they just dont understand your queries.
I am really surprised with the service provided by airtel. Wondering how their service has been lowered to such low quality. Wrong choice of taking this connection and I request if anyone planning to go for a new conneciton do not go for airtel.
