    This company at his site declair for dilivery in 21 working day's that is his terms ok no problems with his terms but now We surprised when they deliverer items which one shop at his site it's different mean I shailesh P Patel surat buy a LG PATHOM PRICE WAS 6234.00 AND WHEN I RECEIVED HIS PARCEL AND SEE IN BOX A HIGH CLASS BLACKBERRY STORM MOBILE HANDSET ,AT A TIME I CALL TO HIS NUMBER AND TOLD HIM SIRJI, I RECEIVED A PHONE ,HIS PRICE VERY HIGH VALUE PHONE AND MISTAKE FROM YOUR PACKING DEPARTMENT OR YOUR SUPPLIER , I DON'T NEED THAT, BECAUSE WHY I USE THAT PHONE , I PAY FOR LG RS 6234 INR AMOUNT AND YOU SEND ME MORE THAN 9000 INR VALUE PHONE SO PLEASE SEND ME MY ORIGINAL BUYING PHONE AND PICK THIS PHONE ,
    THIS IS GOOD FOR EVERY HUMAN BEEN WHO TRUST IN GOD , BECAUSE I M NOT USE EXTRA BENEFIT WITHOUT ANY EXTRA PAYMENT THIS ALL IN TIME DURING 15 DAYS I EVERY TIME I CALL HIS NUMBER 0120-6726777 AND SPEND MY MONEY AND TIME FOR THIS BUT THERE IS VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED TALK FROM HIS SIDE AND SEND ME EMAIL FOR WE ARE SENDING THIS MATTER TO CONCERN DEPARTMENT , AND NO RESULT,
    SO ITS MEANS , SOME ONE BUYING BLACKBERRY HE GOT LG AND BUY LG GOT BLACK BERRY , BOTH ARE CUSTOMER FEEL CHEAT FORM COMPANY, MAY I REQUEST TO COMPANY OWNER PLEASE CHECK YOUR STAFF AND TAKE ACTION FOR THIS MATTER AND SOLVE SOON.

    Angry Pathetic Service by Airtel

    Hello I had subscribed to Airtel DTH(3009013748) arround 10 days back and have a terrible experience. I am now relocation and airtel is not willing to refund and they say to contact the dealer.

    Earlier I had recharded my account through a dealer website and my account was not reflecting for over a week. Repeated calls made to customer care and the dealer has no result. I couldnt subscribe to a channel since my account was showing a negative balance. Calls made to the customer care is routed to Madhya Pradesh and none of the guys do not know english they just stammer, pronounce the name in correct, and they just dont understand your queries.

    I am really surprised with the service provided by airtel. Wondering how their service has been lowered to such low quality. Wrong choice of taking this connection and I request if anyone planning to go for a new conneciton do not go for airtel.
