    Angry Horrible dish tv service in pune

    Dish TV ,
    My name is Mr.Amit and I’am a High Court lawyer by profession and also I’am a customer of yours from Pune,Maharashtra from the last 4 years.
    From the last 4 years my Dish TV is working fine…and without any problem.
    But recently I shifted within the Pune city and I wanted my dishtv connection to be shifted as well.
    I lost the number of the concern person who installed my new connection 4 years ago.
    So for the reinstallation purpose, I called justdial.com(a mobile phone directory service) to get some numbers of the dishtv persons who do the reinstallation work.They gave me some numbers. From those numbers I called Meltek Infosystems Pvt Ltd,Kharadi,Pune on 26th April 2010 who claim they are the distributors and dealers of Dish Tv..Their phone numbers are-020-40720100,020-40720122, 09822788197.There Swati madam took my request/order.The concern person Mr,Kundan Pawar came for the reinstallation work the next day that’s 27th 2010.He did his job and went saying he adjusted and reinstalled the Dish and took 250rs/- for reinstallation.He told me that even though my connection is not recharged he has adjusted the dish and I could see all the channels once I recharge my connection.I trusted him.
    That particular day i.e. On 27th April 2010 I could’nt check personally whether all the channels are coming or not because my dish TV was not recharged.I recharged my connection the very same day for Rupees 350/- for my platinum pack and to my surprise I could see very few channels.And on other subscribed channels error number 301.SIGNAL NOT FOUND was coming.I called Dish Tv 24hours Customer Care number and the concern person said that the dish antenna is not set properly. I called Meltek Infosystems again the next day.Same lady named Swati answered and assured me that she will again send the installation guy..the technician did not come for the next 7.8 days and I could’nt see the channels I subscribed and paid for.Also mean while when even small amount of wind came the channels which I used to see went off.In there same error report used to come.301.SIGNAL NOT FOUND.I again called dish tv 24 hours and the lady said that my dish antenna is not fixed properly and I need a technician to install it.I called Meltek again…and after repeated attempts of calling Meltek they finally sent a very very arrogant guy named Pravin(pawar I guess).
    He adjusted and we could see the channels.But I did’nt check if all the 200plus channels which are avaliable in my platinum pack and showing or not.It was literally impossible and Pravin told us that he checked on his machine and all was fine and theres no need to check all 200plus channels.I trusted him.
    But after he went …that evening we faced the same problem of 301.SIGNAL NOT FOUND error again on some of our subscribed channel.
    I called again to Meltek and now they say that they won’t send the technician until I pay 170+ taxes.Thats not fair.They are totally ripping me.
    Plus when I called today ie. 25th May 2010 the same man named Pravin took the call and there too he was VERY arrogant.I don’t understand what he thinks of himself.Our other society members also faced the same.All say Pravin is very arrogant and won’t install Dish TV in our society INCLUDING the watchman.He fought with our watchman too because he refused to do entry.(our normal society norms)

    Its not even one month that my connection is reinstalled and I can’nt see all the channels even though I subscribed for.I have wasted my time,money and faced unnecessary trouble and mental harassment from your distributor and dealer named Meltek Infosystems Pvt Ltd,Kharadi,Pune.
    I really wish to discontinue dish TV and I really feel to advice everyone that don’t go for dishtv because their service is BAD.(The bad review of DishTV is already in the market)
    I also wish to give my complain about dish tv in punes leading news papers.Pune public should also know what kind of service is provided by Dish TV even though one pays for it.When giving new connection you people talk so sweetly and after that what happens ???? service is also your responsibility.We pay for it.We as a customer deserve good service.How can dishtv dealers behave in such a manner with customers in this competitive world ????I think they don’t need customers.
    Its not even one month and Meltek Infosystems is asking for money.The antenna was not fixed properly in the first place
    Solve my problem otherwise I’am really think to file a police complaint and give it in papers.

    For Pune, you can even try TajS Network at 020-26133272/9158900539/9158002345... I have experienced better services from them. Seems Pune is going to see better days in terms of dish tv cc.

    Default Horrible service

    My dish tv account has been recharged annually and according to the scheme it has to last more two months this was the offer provided to us by Mrs.swati Meltex Infosys Pvt.Ltd(Kharadi).
    The amount paid was Rs.2540/- Receipt no.48047 on 10/04/2010 and the vc no. is 01504442782. the package which we have is (d.g) gold + DA (1year+2months).After this payment they asked us to pay the difference amount for the next Two months[receipt no.47469 date 14/04/2010 amount paid Rs.840/-] which was provided in the package the due date was 10/06/2011.The channels are not been seen although the annual payment is upto due date 10/4/2011 and the subscription is closed on 2/04/2011 only before the due date. Then after concerning in the office about this problem they say that it is unavailable and this every year whenever it is to be recharged.

    Hi All,

    Recently I got new Dish tv connection in bnagalore and after sometime my dish tv signal got week so I registered an complain to resolve this issue,,,and after completing 24 hr, no person came even didnt get call also from dish tv CC and after that I called dish tv CC again and I got surprised when CC person told me just now we got your request so within 24 hr your problem will resolve ...so eveytime they guys adding 24 hr in my complain ...so guys please choose some other services provider

    Default Dont buy airtel dish in pune

    i m from pune.. i hav bought airtel dish in 2009... once i got problem in my setupbox they told me to replace the setupbox. i hv replaced it and pay dem 600/- and they hav given 6 month warranty for the same.. after 2 months i faced same prb for setup box..and they told to swap the setupbox. they told me dat for swap of setup box require 350/- rs balance and balance added in your validity..and my validity become 2 june 2011. but after one week. airtel dish company engineer called me and said your validity expired and u hv to recharge ur dish... solve my problem and give my balance and validity otherwise i will lodge compalint against you...

    I fully agree with this. These guys are the worst in the business as far as Bangalore is concerned. Avoid the service.

    DISH TV the worst nightmare as on 2nd July, 2011

    I have a dish TV connection with me since last couple of years. There was no complaint in services since then. But this year is full of complaints. We have called their engineer for aligning the disk in the month of February 2011. To our shock the engineer first told us the problem is not from dish but of the set top box, then of the wire , then of the LNB then of the dish. We requested him to leave, and again requested DISH TV to send in some qualified engineer. Again the person came, fiddled around with DISH and no help. Finally a gentleman came from dish TV who aligned the dish in 5 minutes. All was working fine till about a month when we had to call the engineer again.

    Last 4 months we have called the engineers every month, and every month it gets out of alignment.

    I again recharged the last Saturday 02/07/200 with RS.700/- and discovered the dish is not working. I have been calling them again and again, speaking with different person at all times
    -> Every time i meet a new person and have to narrate the story all over again
    -> They put me on hold with nothing happening
    -> They offer to call back, bu i never got any call back
    -> When i do get lucky to reach so called senior - he request for 24 hours for my resolution (Nothing happening - their 24 hours has expanded to 8 days so far and i dont know how long it would go)
    -> They wont return my money (Have said it clearly)
    -> They are incapable to offer service
    -> You waste minimum 1 hour daily calling them up and waiting anxiously for the reply.
    -> Their so called engineers are not qualified and would exploit you of your ignorance/ lack of knowledge, by offering you to replace dish, or wire, or connectors or LNB or whatever.
    -> They have no identification with them and can pose a serious threat to your family/ house, because the enter your premises.
    -> They have no proper equipment to align the dish - maybe a set top box from Door Darshan (DD) to align your disk.
    -> The way the handle your delicate equipment like LCD, cables, other attached equipments etc. would surely make other equipment losses including scratches, malfunctioning etc.
    -> They wont explain the problem or what they did with your complaint - they wont explain the resolution. At the best they can offer you AMC of the dish.




    TO CONCLUDE
    DISHTV is pure waste of money with no services.
    A kiryana store in the neighborhood can give you better services.


    I can only say that that i want my money returned for no services offered.
