    Exclamation Airtel Digital TV worst service and support

    Hi,

    Get ready to read a long mail ( a complete log of all the mails sent to Airtel Digital TV ) about how Airtel harasses it's customers. I have been following up and their service is very pathetic. I hope the concerned authorities take note and act this year at least.

    By the way my airtel Digital tv ID is: 3000120351

    The last service request number is: 2644497

    The issue of channels remains unresolved but the support agents keep closing my service requests.

    I need a fax number to send a fax and approach the consumer court if this forum fails.

    I got call from +911146867900 at 9:51 AM and that person said that my case is transferred to technical dept , this has been happening since 15 days.

    Then I got an sms at 10:03 AM that my service request is resolved.

    I am still not getting English news plus that I ordered

    and getting Kannada channels that I wanted them to remove form my package.

    However my account is being deducted daily for your poor service can you give me a rebate till this issue is resolved.

    The modus operandi of the support department is :

    Dont take the customer seriously

    Aviod and use delay tactics and sell other products and packages to con him

    Refuse to register a complaint

    If the customer is furious register a complaint

    Tell some other department to follow up in the meanwhile send an SMS that the case is resolved and let the customer die.

    I am creating documentation that will help me in the consumer court.

    Hello,

    We suggest you to send a written notice to the Nodal officer via registered post, mention all the details in it and ask them for the proper solution within the mentioned time, this also help you if you need to drag them to the Consumer Forum.
