we charged Airtel DTH with anual plan with airtel franchies but they wrongly recharge We charged airtel DTH service for Rs 1500/- with airtel authorised service providers but they have recharged to wrong user ID if you ask to service providers they have taken back francise and if ask to airtel customer they unable process our querry, while recharging they have given customer copy, whatever information they have provided with customer copy they are unable process wuith this information.
Please help inthis regard to get back to our money.
