Hello,
We received Go Live Kit from Vediocon D2H after purchasing Vediocon LED TV. On 10th of December I called the customer care and provided the detail mentioned in the Go Live Kit. They told me within 48 hours our executvie will call you for further information so Set Of Box can be installed.
I did not received any call even after 4 days. Then I started calling customer care about the status but everytime I need to provided the whole details to them and getting the answer that we have escalated the issue and soon you will get the call. But never receieved any call.
Then on 14th December I started sending the email to customer care also but received the same response from them also(someone will contact you soon).
I have called customer care so many time but don't know who these people really work. They even don't keep the recored of the customer.
I have frusteted from then was looking how can get my Set Of box installed. Also they don't have mentioned any Contact number or email Id where I can escalate this issue to their management.
Please help me to overcome this problem and get my installation done as soon as possible.
