    Angry not satisfied with ur servies

    sir, iam the owner of an twowheeler showroom. i got ur sim since 6 months ,but my number have been disconnected for past 25 days. iam tring to call the customer care but , their is no response and it is always engaged. for this sought of customer care better u dont want to keep this concern itself. i have contacted my area manager also , but their is no use of it. as an showroom dealer,i have given this IDIOTIC company number to all my dealers and to the customers also. but, now i lost my most of profits and got loiss in my business. i want my number back, or else iam going to sue onyour concern and going to make this as an big issue. as me how many customer will u cheat like this. ARE U CHEATING THE PUBLIC? MY UNCLE IS AN CRIMINAL LOYOUR. CAN WE MEET IN THE COURT. REPLY IS MUST

    Default Received Go Live Kit but not Installing Set Of Box

    Hello,

    We received Go Live Kit from Vediocon D2H after purchasing Vediocon LED TV. On 10th of December I called the customer care and provided the detail mentioned in the Go Live Kit. They told me within 48 hours our executvie will call you for further information so Set Of Box can be installed.

    I did not received any call even after 4 days. Then I started calling customer care about the status but everytime I need to provided the whole details to them and getting the answer that we have escalated the issue and soon you will get the call. But never receieved any call.

    Then on 14th December I started sending the email to customer care also but received the same response from them also(someone will contact you soon).

    I have called customer care so many time but don't know who these people really work. They even don't keep the recored of the customer.

    I have frusteted from then was looking how can get my Set Of box installed. Also they don't have mentioned any Contact number or email Id where I can escalate this issue to their management.

    Please help me to overcome this problem and get my installation done as soon as possible.

    Default Videocon d2h not getting installed

    I have purchased a toshiba led tv, with that i got a videocon go live kit. Then I called the customer care for installation, then they took the all the necessary information and inform me that they will call back in 24 hrs. But after repeteadly calling them for 6-7 times. they have not installed the product.

    Please anyone let me know how to get my setup installed.

    Dear Sir,
    I have done a recharge to my videocon dth(My customer id is 22125945) connection through recharge now it on Dec 23, 2011for Rs 100 through my SBI debit card, the payment says tarnsaction success/ payment deducted but no recharge happenning, That means until these people credit to recharge/ or until any further any action we shouldn't watch TV. Plz do needful action.

    Default Thugs of the Modern World

    VIDEOCONd2H the thugs of the next generation...

    I am an existing user of Videocond2h and was looking for a multi room connection, But the pain and trouble I had to go to get this connection is awful...


    As there are no much detail on the second connection on the website I wrote to the customer care and they promptly reverted with the details, And prompt was the reply the very next day from the Engineer/Technician Called from Mobile no. XXXX526586 (SANPADA - New Mumbai)

    Received - First Call on Thursday, at 17:59 - Asking if the installation can be done, however i informed him that the same cannot be done right now as am at work and hence asked him if it was possible the next day by 4 pm, he quickly confirmed the same. I told him that I would be leaving office early for the same and he assured me the installation.

    Called back - Second Call on Friday, at 18:58 - Asking about his where-abouts he did not have the courtesy to call instead he just retorted that I will be reaching in some time.

    Called back - Third Call on Friday, at 19:52 - No Answer

    Called back - Fourth Call on Friday, at 19:54 - Asking about his where-abouts he confirms that the engineer is stuck in Belapur and hence is delayed, I told him that not an issue as I have come in early just for the installation ask him to come in...

    Called back - Fifth Call on Friday, at 20:29 - He says that it is too late and hence will not be coming in... but I insisted on the installation, he said will just check and call in 5 minutes.

    Called back - Sixth Call on Friday, at 20:39 - He says that it is not possible to do the installation as I do not have the box (Doesn't this sound ridiculous that after so many calls I get to hear this revert.) I just asked him to come and do the installation on Saturday and was in no mood to argue with that person.

    Complete Saturday absolutely no Call, Finally

    Called back - Seventh Call on Saturday, 19:13 - Asked him about the installation, he bluntly said that he had called during the day but as you did not answer the call hence I did not come in for the installation (Mind it there was no call from him throughout the day) on asking him if he could do the same now, he said now I do not have the box, hence it is not possible... but if you pay me an additional Rs. 1000 I will get it arranged from some other place...

    Seems that they were running some kind of a SCAM, so I immediately visit the nearest Shop and book the same through "Max Electronics" after confirming that they have the set top box and also confirmed that the same would be installed the very next day after 4 PM.

    I was happy that i received a call from an engineer/technician stating that he would visit the place by 4PM, Call from XXXX520370 at 11:30 and again at 13:51 confirming the same...

    However the result was still the same...

    Called back at 17:51 - He promptly said that would visit the place by 6pm to 6:30pm, I only could say Ok, as I was left with no choice...

    Called back at 19:25 - He quickly says I will not make it today as I am at Airoli, This was the most frustrating situation for me...

    I quickly moved down to the retail store and he immediately called up some Area Sales Manager - Tanaji telling him the complete issue, also the Retail store confirmed that Work order was also raised the previous day based on the urgency...

    I too spoke to Tanaji (XXXX067789/XXXX993080) narrating the complete story, he apologize and said at this time it is difficult but however you can speak to some Mr. Aradhyaman (XXXX595590) but he seem to be not interested and asked me to just call in tomorrow...

    Is this the type of service offered by one of the fastest growing d2h company?

    Are your technicians not paid enough as a result they need to ask BRIBE?

    As I am making an official complaint against the service of your SANPADA center, I wont be surprised to receive some threatening calls? - This is some type of GoondRAJ

    Default Non Activation of HD Channels

    Hi!

    My customer Id is 5734563 and I upgraded my STB to HD box on 26.04.2012. Before lodging my recent complaint, would like to inform that

    I had already been without TV for more than a week from 20.04.2012 to 25.04.2012 because of some damage to my STB. After repeated complaints and my mail to Nodal officer of Tamil Nadu, Mr. Vinod Kumar, my problem was resolved on 25.4.12. After rectification, I wanted to upgrade and technical manager informed me that there is exchange offer wherein 1200 will be credited to your account and also I will be having one month Platinum HD pack free.

    But now it has been more than a week and I have complained to their call center nos more than 10 times but no response. I am getting the same idiotic response, as if it is a recorded message, that my complaint has been registered and that they will escalate the matter.

    It has been now 7 days and neither the Platinum HD pack nor the money (Rs. 1200) has been credited.

    Would be much grateful if the matter is resolved without further delay. Have never come across such a poor service in my dealing with any of the service providers..

    Default Non attending of complaint within 24 hrs.

    Dear Sir,

    My customer ID No. is 64807203. I have register my complaint for "TECHNICAL ERROR" on dtd 04-05-2012 at 19:55 hrs. with complaint no. 109121934 & work order no. 11158775 with assurance for resolving within 24 Hrs. But, this complaint had closed without attending it at 19:34 on dtd 05-05-2012. Further, I have register the complaint for same error on dtd 05-05-21-012 at 20:48 Hrs. with complaint no. 109393669 & work order no. 11174500 with same assurance for resolving within 24 Hrs.. But till the time (i.e. 15:30 on dtd 07-05-2012) my complaint is not resolved and not good response is received from your customer care center.

    So, you are requested to take the necessary action regarding my complaint & send me appropriate answer on my mail address -- hg.prajapati@gseclmail.com.

    dear sir my complaint number is 109705035 and my customer id is 41378946 has been registered and not resolved till now they have given time and day that is wednesday 9th may 2012 at 10:31 am but till now there is no action when we call them they are responding us so please take any serious action and please resolve our problem we are suffering from past 15 days please make sure you take the required action and do needfull

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    On 13th.May 2012 I have recharged ID 217254 for the New DIamond Pack for 12 + 2 = 14 months and have paid through ICICI debit card Rs.3600.00 Rs. Three Thousand Six Hundred only. I have also attached the online Recharge Transaction. The payment reference is 6060236 dated 13/05/12.

    Till date the ID 217254 is uncharged. Will you please let me know the reason for it?

    I hope you will take prompt action in the mater and reply me immediately.
