I am a dish tv customer and rechaged my account with a itz card on 11th March.Since then I called several times and have spoken to customer care executives made complains but till date my account has not been activated
Meanwhile after making complain twice the services were activated and again deactivated.
I was also informed that my account has been wrongly credited in some other account and they are trying to tress the account.Whenever I call they promise to solve the problem within two hours.
It is more than 24 hours and the services has not been activated.
