I made a payment against by VC#01506126323 on 28th Feb (as per bank and dish TV's confirmation). However the subscription never started. When I called back to track the same they denied any call log of mine on 28thh Feb while I had spoken to a customer care executive who assure the connecton will start in an hour. Aftre follow ups the subscription started on grace and got disconnected today. Today when I called them, they told that the amount is transferred to a different VC number and tried to put allegation on me that i have paid for a different vc number. when asked for a supervisor, the executive did not tranfer the call and finally hung up the call. it is not aquestion of mere 700 but trust to use sevice of such company and torture and humiliation.
