My sincere advice is not to buy the AIRTEL DISH connection

This is a warning for all new airtel DTH customer that henceforth do not even think of Airtel DTH, dont ever suggest any one to
After around 6 days my set top stopped working and i complaint to them in morning and they said by same day evening it will be resolved. As usal no body turned up and i again made call to them in evening. The reply that i got was shocking they said " You were not there when there engineer visited home"
I called many times but they don't understand what exactly my concern is.
Every time i call they tell the concern department will take care in 24hrs and i never received call for days and days.

They have created 3 customer ID's for no reason as mentioning
