hi my name is taher poonawala from mumbai i purchased airtel dth from virti infocom provided payement link by them and they said after payment if by any problem the dish cannot be fitted ull get the payment back but i contated airtel customer care but they are telling contact the dealer. i request u to please look into the matter i made and online of 1700/- on 13 january 2010. this is the email i got and i did payment but the refund has not been yet processed nor they are picking up the call

i m sanjeev from mumbai i have taken a reliance 3G modem from mumbai through virti infocom pvt ltd esteblish in noida i have pay Rs 1800 for that but now no body is responsible to activate the modem when i call Mr Dinesh Manager in mumbai on 9930648531 he is not picking up the phone when i speak with delivery boy Chandersen on 9699779449 he is not aware of the things now what can i do i dont know pse help me to take me my money back or activate my modem. i m requesting my all friends donot purchase any items from Virti infocom it is froud
