    Default Airtel Dish TV service is the worst

    Hi,

    My sincere advice is not to buy the AIRTEL DISH connection

    I purcheased Airtel Dish by calling to customer care. They charged Rs.999 from my credit card. I waited 3 days to get a call from them for te installation. Customer Service guys are such a waste that they cannot take the proper information like wrong address.

    There were some problem in fixing the dish in my appartment and i raised a complaint to return back my money. I called up many times regarding the same but they are taking the compaint and sending the installation people for installing.
    I called many times but they don't understand what exactly my concern is.
    Every time i call they tell the concern department will take care in 24hrs and i never received call for days and days.

    They have created 3 customer ID's for no reason as mentioning
    Customer ID: 3002844112, 3002960132, 3003077188
    Compaint #: 1780665, 1811696, 1905389, 2065402

    Concern team please take care of this issue.

    Angry About Airtel dish tv's bad service

    I am Paresh Prajati. I am using airtel dish tv since 3 months. After 3 months airtel seup box is not working and everytime it is taking more time to load around 15 mintuts and still showing loading and initializing.
    I have complaints manytimes for that issue to airtel dish tv customer care. But no body are respnoding even i have called many times from my end, but from their end no body are calling , informing and responding.
    this sounds like a bad business service and airtel dish tv service is not capable to handle customers. Company is not inrested to giving the ggod service and even response to the customers. Yes company is more intrested when customers need the new connection, but not intrested whn the customers are in trouble. This is my real time experience. I have called many times but they are not supposed to called me for the confirmation and committment.
    this is company's very bad service. I don't like it.
    I have spoken with one of the executive and i told him if Airtel company is not capable to handle my requeset then i will return setp box and comapny need to return my money for the box, then he told me company will disconnect you connection and will not give money back.
    This is the real business of airtell company. I would like to say comapny is fooling us.
    If i will not get response in this matter then i will populate company's this type of the service to all the users by blog, mail and sites.

    Default Problem in shifting: ref: 4619728

    I don't know what kind of people are you. The call center says the shifting charges will be automatically deducted from the account and the person who comes to do the shifting asks for cash and finally he goes without shifting and installation. Not sure you understand the meaning of customer care and after sales service. If my dish is not shifted in a days time I will never ever going to use your service.

    As expected they never did the shifting and finally I have to get my tv disconnected (airtel is not refunding my account balance). The very next day you(airtel) sent the same guy who didn't do the installation last time and again was asking for cash. What a useless company you are with no ethics and no customer care? Stop selling your boxes.

    Sir,

    We have taken Airtel dish connection bearing id No. 3001549422, we are facing the problem of resolution when we switch from one channel to another, some times full blank no picture is seen.

    This problem’s were address to your customer care 12150 many times and Every time I call they tell the concern department will take care in 24hrs and I never received call for days and days.

    This problem is gifted to us by taking Airtel Connection if am not wrong.

    They have left us in the dark where we cann’t opt for a change or rectify by ourselves depended on the service engineer.

    Compaint # from 17th feb 2011 to 2nd march 2011 : 5416571, 5478106, 5611276, 5639714, 5658109, 5675228.

    Concern team please take care of this issue.
