    Sir,

    I purchased Big tv from retailer at alwal, secunderabad on 25th Jan,2009. Rs.2190/- South Delight Package 6 months free(Regional Telugu). And instalation was done on 26th Jan,2009.

    The Installation executive said your Rs. 2190/- Package is
    installed and you will get all the channels as mentioned on the
    website/advertisement after half an hour because of server down.

    After 1 day completed , I did not get my channels only 1 channel gyan darshan is coming from that day.
    Next day i called to customer care and told my problem, they registered a complaint no].87062322.

    Even 48 hours completed after given complaint I was unable watch my tv. The customercare executivies told that your package code entered wrongly by big tv local ISP.So it will resolve as soon as earliear.

    And My complaint was closed without solving problem after 15 days. The local ISP engineer has came to my home two times and they told me that problem was not here. I called to the customer care daily 10 to 15 times, they told that your complaint is forwarding you will get channels after 1 hour, 2 hours, by the evening llike this.

    On Feb 10th, 2009 they registered a complaint again no.88609549, and the next I called to customercare then it activated.


    From the Feb 11th onwards I have been watching my big tv. But that customer care executive told me your smart card was activated on 26th Jan,09 so your offer calculated from that date( i have taken 6 months free south delight pack).

    I was lost my package value 15 days. And again on 13th Feb,2009 registered a complaint no.88938255 regarding these 15 days lost. They told me that forwarding your request to our technical department, they will do something for that 15 days to you.

    But I did not get any information about that.

    These 15 days I was wasting my time, money and mentally suffered a lot. So I want these worth of service from big tv.
