Respected Sir/Madam.
My Name is Anji. My brother name is Beeraiah, I am working as Labour in Maldives with my friends from 6 Years. Some friends purchased Airtel DTH Setup Boxes in India and they are using in Maldives. My brother said to purchase the Airtel DTH box to watch the Telugu (Andhra Pradesh) Channels. I purchased the Airtel DTH box and send with my brother friend to Maldives. I worked upto 1 Year very good. After validity of 1 year my brother said to recharge the validity of 3 months. I gone to the Dealer shop and recharged the 3 months validity card. After 1 month the Airtel DTH services are not coming. My brother said that Airtel DTH is not working now. Please conform what the problem is happened. I gone to the Dealer shop and asked about my problem. He said that It Illigally operating so that Service are stopped to your DTH. I given total residencial address very clearly to the dealer and said that if any problem with that Airtel DTH i am the responsible person of that. Then my dealer said to bring the Setup Box to us then we solve it. I bring the DTH box with my receipt bill to the Dealer and he is not giving any solution to my problem. From 15 days i am asking daily about my problem to dealer. Please Sir/Madam my friend said to contact the site Consumer Court. I am sending through my friend suggestion. I am ready to face any problem occured from me. Please give me solution to my problem.
