    The service by iptv myway is far from satisfactory. I submit the following
    1. The remote control console in users hand is too crowded and the bottons are too close that trying to press one tends to press another thereby not achieving the desired action.
    2. The remote is very sensitive and while scrolling up-down to select a channel it slips to the next channel. Some time even if showing the channel selected it shows onscreen some other channels programme.
    3. The sound inall the channels is so low that even after adjusting to the maximum on TV as well as onthe remote the sound is hardly audible.
    4. Many times the reception is so faulty that the countdown takes about 15 to 30 minuts for the programme to start.
    5.Very often the video and the audio start getting stuck and does not improve even after rebooting , restarting or refixing the terminals; even though the modem reception is absolutely normal.

    I feel this kind of performance does not make this service very likeable. Inthis competitive market of various dish antenne and DTH services this will fail miserably.

    I am myself thinking of discontinuing this if no improvement is seen.

    I was offered iptv connection by paying Rs1750 getting connection and offered 121 channels and 100 rs to be paid from the 7th month.but now they tell that I have to recharge for 200 rupees to get some of the channels .There is nobody responsible for me to contact and the problem.What to do?

    I have taken your IPTV service on a month of jan2011. At the time of taking the service I was told that all the south Indian channels will be available with in a month.
    The IPTV reps told me, With in a month may be launching the new channels and all the required channels are including. But till date no channels launching and lot of problems facing. also the IPTV reps speaking lies and hence I have asked by email and by phone to customer care 20th jan2011 to cancel my account and refund my refundable deposit of Rs.1500/- Till now they have not responded.

    Any number of emails or phone calls are not responded. I have taken the connection only on the faith of BSNL but now we have landed in trouble. BSNL should act on this and save its subscribers.

    Default Complaint against non-installation even after 1 month.

    I have paid Rs.2,650/- by SBI cheque no. 397999 dt. 07.01.2011 towards the cost of 56 months' subscription plus set top box. But the result is, my normal broad band connection has been disrupted and the IPTV connection is yet to be done. This in spite of several telephonic call to MYWAY IPTV. I have been allotted consumer no-1008009900215. Please do something immediately or refund my money.

    Angry i am cheated by bsnl ip tv

    i took connection of bsnl ip tv on 15th feb they said after a days trial my cheque would be submitted
    but to my shock the day they isntalled my land line went dead and there was no internet
    ip tv was out of question when i started calling the nos nobody picked up the phone when i called
    feed back seervice they ssaid it would be restored in 4 hours but after 5 days they gace connection
    but i could not view any channel after 10 pm
    in the mean time they had encashed my cheque when i said i do not want the service they said amount was not refundable
    by trusting bsnl i lost 1950
    now i want to dissconnect land line braod band and iptv
    i feel as if iam pickpocketed by bsnl people

    Default Bsnl has no control on myway service provider

    BSNL is providing the broadband line for MyWAY services,still it does not have any control on them. The customer care service of MYWAY is the worstever i have seen. They reply so irresponsibly that seems like they are not serious about the service and customer's hard earned money. BSNL, being a public sector company should be responsible for the service provided by the MYWAY IPTV because MYWAY uses all the resources of BSNL (the BB line, modem and the most important the name).

    Angry Fed up with myway ip tv

    Hi,

    This is to inform you I have MYWay IP TV connection (Subscriber ID: 100099358), which was suspended from 4th March 2011 without prior intimation. I have complaint several times regarding this but every time MY WAY call centre executives give me excuses for time lines.

    When I complained regarding this on 4th march at around 7 PM, I was told that services of IPTV suspended due to non-clearance of cheque. MY WAY call centre executive simultaneously informed me that since the matter have been sorted out & thus services of IPTV will be resumed within next 24 hours.

    When services of my IPTV were not resumed after passing 24 hours, I contacted again on 5th March, 2011. I was told that services of IPTV will be resumed before 12PM of 6th March, 2011. I tried my best several times but no any senior person was available to whom I may raise my concerned.

    On 6th March, when services of my IPTV not resumed as promised by MY WAY call centre executive,
    I contacted again & I have been told that services of IPTV will be resumed on 7th March, 2011.

    I made my payment cash well before installation of IPTV and I am being harassed for no fault of mine. It is very surprising that none of MY WAY executive does give proper & right information whenever I contacted at MY WAY call centre.

    Apart of that I have given Rs. 500 to your executive for broadband connection and even after completing 2 weeks, I don’t have any information from your side. It’s very unfortunate even MY WAY department doesn’t have any information regarding this, then how can I know. Yesterday on 5th March, when I contacted MY WAY call centre in this regard, MY WAY executive surprising replied remark fully “apko khud malum hona chhahiye tha ki 500/- main broadband connection lag jayega kya?” It is very unfortunate that in place of giving proper & genuine information/answer, MY WAY executive asks such silly question to a customer.

    So, I am very upset with your pathetic services and I want to discontinue MY WAY services, and in near future, I will never recommend to anyone for MY WAY service.

    Apart of all of these I loose trust with MTNL and I have requested for discontinuing with services. .

    Default poor iptv services

    sir, i purchased new L.E.D to watch world cup with new i.p.t.v, but because of poor after sale services and negligence of enginers ,S.D.O.ALAMBAGH LUCKNOW .i was not able to watch semifinals with pakistan onwards till the end of world cup.inspite of repeated calls to mr GHANSHYAM AND MR AMRENDRA. ALL THESE FELLOWS SPOILED MY WORLD CUP.

    Post myway iptv a fraud

    Dear Sir,
    I took iptv connections from first week of February, 2011. My Prepaid CAF No. is 10078464. Since then I am not happy rather fed up with your service and feel cheated because of following reasons:-
    1. I was told your salesman Mr. Vijay Kumar Mobile No.9457032798 that I am to pay only Rs.1750/- and you will get free reception of all the channels for six months and after that I have to pay Rs.125/- per month.
    2. I paid a cheque of Rs.1750/- of SBI bearing no.089577 on the same day. I was also told that you can withdraw this connection any time within 3 months with the refund of money.
    3. The first difficulty I felt was poor server by BSNL. My net work stopped functioning. I could watch World cup cricket only through my old cable system.
    4. Then I was told that your company has sanctioned you a bigger Modem free of cost. The modem was installed.
    5. Now I came to understand that that was not the bigger modem was actualy the biggest headache when I saw a bill of Rs.1800/- was added to my telephone bill against the cost of that modem. I am not watching TV through your IPTV for the last one month.
    6. Any how, I wanted to get rid of this unnecessarily invited problem. Could you please help me in cancel my connection, get this bigger modem back, install my old modem back and refund my money.
    Please treat it urgent and take appropriate action at your end to my satisfaction.

    Exclamation Myway Cheating

    On 24-Feb-2011 I got a call from BSNL IPTV myway that it was the last date of IPTV free offer for 6 months as part of cricket world cup and that I could watch the demo at offices ,calicut, near baby memorial hospital. I visited the office and saw the demo of IPTV. It was said to me that I will get all channels except ACV and that I can watch free movies on Ondemand and that I will have a universal remote and that I could record shows if needed and that 7 day show will be automatically recored and can be watched. I gived 1950 rupees and signed the application on demand that the money will be refunded if not satisfied with the IPTV myway or if there is any problem with it. As I am free on Saturday I told them to install it on Saturday. The service man came on Saturday and installed it, but they didn’t bring the remote and three pin plug on that day. Sunday thay brought the remote and three pin. When I started IPTV it took lot of time to start and the remote was a bit slow than our previous connection , asianet digital cable tv. When I asked about the free on demand movies the service man said that Sunday’s mostly will have paid movies. And the loading of the movies list was too slow. When I asked about the universal remote the service man said current remote is ordinary and I will get universal remote after two months. Then when I browsed the channels I could find that the following channels were not available :- Surya TV, Kiran TV, Sun TV, Jai hind. And I also found that ESPN, STAR sports, TEN sports, Start cricket etc where showing that these channels are not subscribed. I called to office many times on that day and day after and sales manager Mr.jamshid said he will have to set a password for me and after that I will get the unsubscribed channels. On 28-feb-2011 also I could not see the above channels. On 1-March-2011 I returned the STB with full working condition along with remote, three pin plug and the connector between modem and STB. I told the people in office that I want my money back and they told me that the money was not refundable. Mr jamshid who accepted the money from me was not present that day and the people in the office told me to come on 3- March -2011 at the same time (7.00 PM) and that I can meet mr.jamshid on that day. When I and my friend reached at 6.45 pm on 3- March -2011 we found that the office is closed and we could not meet anyone after waiting for half an our. After that on 4- March-2011 we went to office and saw Mr jamshid and he said us that he will request for repayment and there is less chance for refunding. He told as to come on Monday (7- March-2011) to finalize the issue. When we went on Monday also he told that the request is send and he is waiting for the reply. Meanwhile I have called to customer service and complained about it. Today it is 10-april-2011, I did’t get my money back.

    Angry Channels provided from Sun Network is not available

    I applied for the MyWay IPTV on July 2010. and after a month, the channels provided from the Sun Network are not available. The local MyWay IPTV agent said that itwould be available within on week. They say the same dialogue everytime i call them till date.
    When will i be able to see those channels???????????

    My iptv is showing this msg that the services of this set-top box have been suspended. Mujhe is connection ko liye sirf 1 week hua hai . 6 months free hone ke baawajod bhi services suspended hai. Coustmer care pe call kabhi lagta nahin. Bsnl sirf public ko fool bana ke paisa loot raha hai. Complaints chahe jitni kar lo koi bsnl koi help nahin karta.

    Thumbs down Beware potential customers: Never opt for BSNL-MyWay IPTV

    And I am saying this after using MyWay IPTV connection for the last two years Subscriber ID: 100003547). The reason we have continued with this fraudulent company is the following. At the outset (even before the service was launched and they were campaigning hard for their product) they sales executives of MyWay had persuaded us to go for an outright purchase of the set top box at a cost of Rs 2000/-. Even though we were convinced from the moment the service was launched that it was a fake company and they could not live up to their promises we had to continue with them for some time to recover the money. We could not do so in the last two years.

    The connection is very poor and snaps very often (sometimes 3-4 times within 15 minutes) and this is a regular feature. Even after lodging numerous complaints with MyWay nothing has improved.

    Lodging a complaint itself is a very tedious and costly job. The customer care helpline is chargeable. Very often the phone call to the customer care gets disconnected in the midway and you are charged for the call. Sometimes the customer care executives are drunk (I suspect this was the case when I had called them just after India had won the World Cup Cricket final) and sometimes they are rude. Most often they simply don't know what to do with your complaint and make false promises to you.

    There is no synchronization between BSNL engineers and MyWay mechanics. Often MyWay reported that some problem had occurred at BSNL's end and to rectify it they were forwarding the complaint to BSNL executives. They actually never do it. MyWay mechanics actually have no access to BSNL system accessories.
    Finally don't ever be cheated by the tall claims made by MyWay on their website. You can compare the tariffs of MyWay and other DTH service providers like Tata Sky, DishTV etc. in the internet. MyWay is actually more expensive than most other competitors.

    In short, opting for MyWay IPTV is a suicidal decision.

    Default Myway IPTV Recharge Complaint

    I have installed iptv and now i want to recharge but no customer care exec picks up call, no toll free number customer care exec responds, infact toll free number doesnot transfer the call to customer care executive. Internet recharge website is not opening. No vandor is responding. Somebody told me that the company is closed. Can anybody tell me what is the fact??? Shall i go for DTH? My modem amount will be reimbursed or not?
