    Default BSNL MY WAY IPTV is Completely a Mess

    Dear Sir,
    I, S.G.Kulkarni having BSNL No.020-26138255 took my way IPTV connection for one month. The sales repre. informed that there will not be any problem n our service is excellent. During this month, when the tv was on, internet was not working. After repeated requests, new modem was installed for which i m charged. The sales representative Shri Shridhar having mob. no. 9371931677 installed it after one month n informed us to continue now n that the tv n internet will go on without any problem. Upon enquiring abt the scheme we paid rs.2200/- to shri Shridhar took receipt n were told that yr connection will be continued, one week ago. Thereafter, i got calls from myway local office at Pune that i have not recharged the connection n to recharge it. I told one lady who called me at residence number at abt 20.00 hrs. that the service of my way is very poor n that there is no co-ordina. between the sales repre. n office staff. I will wait for two days more to watch the response. Let us see what myway does after this colmplaint.

    This BSNL MyWay Iptv sucks!! My father had booked it for multi TV on 16 August 2010 and he gave the amount in cash, till now they won't come up with the installations and they just giving us excuses...by saying that we had a meeting and discussed about this Multi channel Set Top Box and we will soon install it...it will take 2-3 days more, and they'r not refunding the money too..I must say this is the worst service i have ever seen.

    Please help...Need a Refund with penalty

    I took IPTV connection under promThe account details in the Myzone wotional scheme and deposited Rs1500/as refundable security deposit for STBduring Nov 2009. I was to get free viewing for three months of super value pack. During Jan 2010 I was informed that the rental for STB is to be paid anyway though the the same was not mentioned at the time of booking and no rental was demanded at that time. However I deposited an amount of Rs200/ during Jan to cover for rental of STB.
    I was out of station during March and returned on 17th April 2010 and deposited an amount of Rs 400/-to cover rental of STB and also for puchase of sub for value pack costing Rs 200/- .I again deposited Rs400/- on 13th May.The account details in the Myzone was reflected correct details til July 1.But suddenly on 2nd July it started showing negative balance .The service was also deactivated.I tried to contact their customer carebut could not get proper reply. Subsequently the Myzone started showing super value charges with effect from 24th Nov 2009. I smelt foul in the dealing of the company and asked for refund of security deposit against the surrender of STB by email but without any response.
    The company is cheating its costomers because it has no information about the physical office where customer can personally submit complaints

    I have taken your IPTV service on a 3 month trial period in July 2009. At the time of taking the service I was told that all the south indian channels will be available with in a month.

    Even after 3 months all the required channels are available and hence I have asked by email and by phone to customer care in Oct 2009 to cancel my account and refund my refundable deposit of Rs.1500/- Till now they have not responded.

    Any number of emails or phone calls are not responded. I have taken the connection only on the faith of BSNL but now we have landed in trouble. BSNL should act on this and save its subcribers.[/QUOTE]

    Angry Non Refund of Security deposite

    I have requested for the cancellation of the MyWay IPTV connection during 4th December 2009 and till today (August 30 2010) no action on this and not refunding my Security Deposit of Rs. 1500. I have sent continues reminders by mail and also called the help desk about same and getting the same response that within 8 days and I got a mail from one Anitha and from help desk it will be resolved. Please let me know how to approach the Consumer Forum on this.

    Default BSNL Line not working since one and half month

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    Sub: Our phone connection has been dead since 1 1/2 month.
    Ref: Bsnl Number 080-25351761 )

    Wanted to inform you that since one and half month we are contacting the people in Domlur Exchange to clearfy our dead telephone line.
    After five to six times calling them they had sent a line man to our office who did'nt even brother to rectify it. They could not even find where the line connections starts.
    They just went off with out any proper response and never turnback again to rectify.

    If this is the case please disconnect our connection. Un-necessary we are not willing to pay the telephone bill, when we are not using it since one an half month.

    I have requested for the cancellation of the MyWay IPTV connection during the month of 29 August2010 and till today no action has been taken so far also i have sent sevaral reminders mail about refunding Security deposit Rs. 1500/-. Please let me know when i can get my security depost.

    Question complaint against MyWay IPTV Represantative.

    Mr Mishra(complete name not known) IPTV Representative whose mobile no.is 9311957089 collected cheque of Rs 1350+cash Rs 100.00 on dated 17.09.2010 with commitment of installation iptv with BSNL connection in within seven working days ,but after expiring of three week telephone connection/IPTV not installed . Mr.Mishra IPTV Representative disconnected my call 20 to 30 times and not give any response please check the matter and gives me response .

    Default Agents of My Way cheating to every one

    Dear Sir,
    I have applied for IPTV from BSNL faridabad, they told me to contect My way. I met with one of their agent Mr. Sachin mobile no.9910956700. He assured me i will fix IPTV 100% gauranty. He charged from me Rs. 2000/-cash and a cheque of rs. 1250/- , He promissed me this will be a security money. and cash will be for WIFI system. which u will get at the time of connection. But when i checked with BSNL found a wi-fi is ready to issue me on rent basis which will be deducted from my bill. Niether he fixed the IPTV nor he gave me Wi-Fi which he charged cash amount. Only i have received my cheque amount of rs. 1250/-
    More than three months have been over, he is cheating me and not refunding of money.
    complaint is coming from BSNL also. I request the authority to take action this type of agents.

    Default Cheating by MyWay IPTV

    I’ve taken the IPTV connection on 2nd October 2010 based on the tele-calls received from the Kochi IPTV Office and a subsequent personal meeting with the Manager on the agreement that the deposit of Rs 1,250 will be refunded if the service is not found satisfactory within 21 days of its connection. The service was activated on 6th October 2010. I found a lot of issues like picture freezing, disturbances, no video, etc on the same day, 7th October 2010. I also realized that a number of features offered by the Manager were not available with the service (Universal remote, USB recording of programmes, Package Selection through the TV screen Menu). Since then I’ve made the following calls till 22nd October 2010
    Kochi Office 0484 4000526 12 calls (90% of them attended)
    Kochi Office 0484 4000527 3 calls (all calls attended)
    Customer Care 18602669929 21 calls (very few calls attended)
    Manager 9349538405 18 calls (3 to 4 calls attended)
    Zonal Manager 9995505511 5 calls (3 calls attended)
    Technician 9946513026 13 calls (90% of the calls attended)
    In addition to the above, I’ve sent 11 SMS to Zonal Manager on various issues and 8 of them were responded saying that they are looking in to it, the technician will come, etc. The technician attended the issues at least 5 days. The issue reoccurred every day and this has been intimated to either of the above listed parties. The picture was never stable for more than 10 minutes and there was one incident where the connection was down for more than 36 hours, but nobody turned up. I’ve sent couple of emails to MyWay help desk as well.
    I contacted the Manager and he told me that the issues are due to the fact the connection is being setup by an inexperienced person and he will ask somebody who is the apparently the technical head to look in to the issue
    I’ve asked the Manager to disconnect the service and refund the deposit and he said he will do it but need some time to get the approval. This happened on 12 October 2010 and he said he is in Trivandrum and he will come to meet me on 18 Oct 2010 when he is back to Kochi. On 18th October, I called up Kochi office and they have informed me that he is on leave. That is when I contacted the Zonal Manager, and I’ve spoken to him for 10 minutes and updated everything that happened till that time. He apologized for everything and told me that he will look in to everything immediately and asked me to raise a helpdesk ticket. As per his advice, I’ve again called up customer care and raised a ticket (Ref no 001). He also said he does not have a good team in place and he is working on it.
    I’ve got all the SMS messages to Zonal Manager for evidence. The entire issue has put me in lot of trouble, inconvenience, financial loss and mental agony for all these days as every day I had to make all these calls and I did not have the TV working at all. Unfortunately I disconnected my existing cable connection on the very same day the IPTV was activated. I don’t want this connection anymore and need to be compensated for all the damages including the deposit refund

    Default IPTV cheating evryone with BSNL brand name. Disconnection request not being attended.

    We had installed My Way IPTV services basis the BSNL trust name in August 2010. At the time of installation we were given 1 month free service along with the promise of refunding the entire Rs 1200/- charge (paid by cheque) if we wish to discontinue the IPTV services. On realizing the misselling of the IPTV representative Mr. Tanmoy we immediately logged a complain through the custome care to disconnect the same. The customer care guy informed that it will be automatically disconnected & we need not do anything else. But now with our September phone bill we have been charged 500/- as modem security deposit. As promised by Mr. Tanmoy, modem charges were supposed to be free. Although we are no longer availing IPTV services (screen is also blank since September 2010), but we are charged unnecessarily. Neither is our 1200/- amount refunded. It this a tool designed by BSNL to cheat the public & steal their money??? If not then why are they silent on such unethical treatment of MY Way IPTV??? Should we reach out to the consumer forum ot the Police??? Someone please help the commoners.

    One Sales Executive mr. Hemant Mishra having mobile no. 9453585893 have contacted me for marketing of myway IPTV during the month of August 2010. I thought that BSNL is involved in myway and every thing will be ok. He advised me that this pack will be available for Rs.170/- per month including tax and Rs.1200/- will be sufficient for 8 months. He asked me to give him a cheque of Rs.1200/- for Set-Top box. Keeping in view the BSNL connection, I have given him cheque for the amount he asked.

    2. My problem started after expiry of trial pack. When I asked for its re-charge, I have been advised to pay Rs.270/- for one month recharging and that fellow advised that there was no such monthly charges as advised by the marketing personnel. On contacting this marketing executive, he did not picked his mobile. The local incharge of Lucknow Mr Pankaj Shukla having mobile no.9307979795 has picked up his mobile only once with assurance that the complaint will be resolve within 48 hours. After then he is also not attending my call. I have lodged my complaint three to four times in myway toll free number but no response was given by them. Again I have sent so many e-mails but till date no reply has been given.

    3. I understand that BSNL line is involved for installing myway and BSNL can do some help. I request you to please intervene in the matter and issue suitable instructions to the vender to i) refund my security deposit and ii) take suitable action against the sales executive, who have cheated me.

    Angry MYWAY IPTV not working for almost two weeks

    MYWAY that has collaborated with BSNL to provide IPTV has a poor service record. Either the Broadband or the IPTV broadcast is always inoperational, as a result we hardly get to see any TV program. On top of it, the service engineers responsible for its upkeep never pick up the phone.

    For the last two weeks, we have noticed that some unknown entity is clipping off BSNL's telephone cables. They did it two weeks back and it took 5 days to put it back into operation. This week again, the telephone cables have been clipped off, disrupting not only the Internet and the phone services of BSNL, but also MYWAY's IPTV service. It is already six days and the whole thing is still inoperational.

    The way the telephone cables have been clipped, it looks like a sabotage by other telephone, Internet and/or IPTV service providers to discredit both BSNL and MYWAY and force people to switch from BSNL-MYWAY services to their services. If this is so, it is a bad tactic that has put users to lot of inconvinience. If this is the problem, let BSNL-Myway take a legal recourse to see that the services are not disrupted.

    I have been using BSNL Internet services ever since they were introduced in Ghaziabad. I don't claim that their Internet never fails, but, from my experience, overall I am much satisfied. However, i can't say the same about MYWAY IPTV services. Their service engineers and customer care people should be more responsive to customer complaints.

    Not having TV for nearly two weeks is like being marooned on a far off island without any connection with the external world. This is what is happening.

    Default Cacellation and refund request of my IPtV not to be attended

    Dear Sir,

    I am having IPTV connection on my BSNL no 0532-2503908.For same I had paid 2000/- Rs for IPTV setopbox.Since Apr2010 due to some resion I had'n recharged this myway connection and when in Nov2010 month I tried to use this connection ,setop box not authorised shown in TV screen.
    When I have made a call in IPTV customer care then they confirm me that my this connection has disconnected and I have to take new connection in place of our old and pay 2200/- Rs again for new setop box for new connection.I have shocked this type of cheating. No person communicated at a time of first time installation of IPTV new connection on my BSNL no.this type of conditions that if we fail to recharged you myway services you have pemanently disconnected my services and your setop box for which I have paid 2000/- has total worthless and no use for me.

    So,I have requested for the cancellation of the MyWay IPTV connection during Nov 2010 and till today (Jan 2011) no action on this and not refunding my Deposit 2000/-. I have sent continues reminders by mail and also called the help desk about same and getting the same response that within 48 hours it will be resolved. Please help me to resolve my discussed issue.
