I, S.G.Kulkarni having BSNL No.020-26138255 took my way IPTV connection for one month. The sales repre. informed that there will not be any problem n our service is excellent. During this month, when the tv was on, internet was not working. After repeated requests, new modem was installed for which i m charged. The sales representative Shri Shridhar having mob. no. 9371931677 installed it after one month n informed us to continue now n that the tv n internet will go on without any problem. Upon enquiring abt the scheme we paid rs.2200/- to shri Shridhar took receipt n were told that yr connection will be continued, one week ago. Thereafter, i got calls from myway local office at Pune that i have not recharged the connection n to recharge it. I told one lady who called me at residence number at abt 20.00 hrs. that the service of my way is very poor n that there is no co-ordina. between the sales repre. n office staff. I will wait for two days more to watch the response. Let us see what myway does after this colmplaint.
