Hi,
I made a purchse of Rliance BigTv on November 14, 2008 and they informed me that within two days they will install and after 5 days the company represntatives installed the dish and equipments and after installing it was not working. One of the representative promissed me that he will replace the settop box within 12 hours, no one turned out. Later somany times i called customer care the reply was " have patience they will do it" then on November 28, 2008 the representatives changed the settop box and again after changing there was activation problem again they promissed me within 24 hours they will sort out but till today no one has solved my problem.
please help me to solve my problem.
