    Default Airtel digital tv



    Dear sir

    i have recharged my airtel digital tv on 18/11/2009. They promised me that i will start getting signal within 45 minutes after waiting for almost two hours i gave complain to their customer care that i am getting message no signal in spite of my giving following complains nothing has been done to it.and without useage daily my balance is going down. My customer id is
    3000454653

    24/11/09 i spoke to floor supervisor mr.rajesh
    24/11/09 i spoke to mukul asst manger


    i tried to contact their noddle officer on number 9840098400
    given on back side of customer relation form which was asking for extension number which is not mentioned in above form.it ask us to wait get connected to operater. After few second it says reception cant be reached please contact this was tried for more then 5 times same answer.

    Thumbs down unexpected coustomer service from airtel dth customer care

    Respected Sir/mam

    I really regret to say you that airtel digital tv is providing worst customer service , My customer id -3003305663.

    my name emraan sayyed from pune , 1) it is seriously very difficult to get the recharge voucher in the market.

    2) The customer care excutive are seriously helpless i just gave a call for the same 10:32pm on 19-2-2011 but the excutive is not able to speak english when i requested to escalate the call to TL he denied excutive name is dharmendar.
