    Default wrong information from customer care

    Hi,
    Myself Ayan Mallick, I have purchased one airtel digital tv kit for 1750 Rs on 11 th Nov. Till now it is not installed my home. Because Airtel Digital Tv customer care and all persons related with this always told me wrong words. every time they are telling that engineer will come within one hour. Actually all things are bluff. Can anyone help me please.
