I bought Dish TV connection and got install on 10th aug 09. While purchasing the product, the assured me of all home-born services. But now the scene is different.
While installation the technician came, and told me that the services are free for 3 months. But just after 10 days it stopped working saying that please say the monthly rental. Now when I called to the dealer, he is insisting on coming down to office to pay the bill.
Its not the question of going to goregaon and pay the bill, rather the way they are treating the customer, specially the deal is not acceptable.
