Hi.
I am writing this note with utter disgust and a lot of disappointment. We have two connection from Dish TV in Delhi. We recently issued a cheque payment for Rs 1800 to renew our platinum membership on one of the connections - VC# 01504183151. For the last 10 days, we have been going round and round, trying to trace this payment. All this while, Dish TV told us that the payment has not been recieved and as a result our services were barred. We waited thinking Easy Bill might have delayed the payment. We came to know from our bank that the cheque has already been cleared on 10/11/09. Even after 3 days, Dish TV has still not updated their systems with our payment. Repeated calls to their Customer Service unit bears no result. All of them, including their Managers make false promises and then don't call back to resolve the issue. Even today, they are refusing to accept that the payment has been made despite the fact that we have proof of the cheque already been cleared.
Can you please route this complaint to someone who can help us highlight this complete unprofessional attitude? We are completely helpless and feel cheated!!!
