    Default Worst service ever

    I used to like AIRTEL cellphone / broadband customer service and assuming the same I bought DTH. This was like a completely new company with absolute disregard for customers. If it works fine, then no issues. But if you have some problems with DTH, then god be with you. I had to call and follow up repeatedly without much a lack of callback from customer service. They automatically send SMS' with service request numbers and they magically close them without fixing the problem. My customer ID is 3000999585 and I had to wait 7 days for my STB issue to be resolved. When I finally got fed up and asked for cancellation, their appellate / nodal got involved and replaced my STB. Now after 5 days they automatically deduct Rs.100 for no fault of mine calling it "technician charges". Not sure why they would charge me when I wanted cancellation of my services. One thing is for sure, I am not going to renew my subscription.

    there is no rechage cards & dealer services in Bellary city

    This is a warning for all new airtel DTH customer that henceforth do not even think of Airtel DTH, dont ever suggest any one to buy airtel DTH as after sale service is pathetic, i would say eevn BSNL is far ahead in case of service comaparison. I got the first airtel DTH in India.

    they never attend to your problems even if u cal them daily twice... my advice not to buy airtel dth, instead jst go for
    some other dth.....
