    Your reply states your concern is RESOLVED. CAN YOU BE CLEAR AND SPECIFY ON THIS FORUM, WHAT HAS BEEN RESOLVED? MY CONCERN WAS 3 MONTHS OF FREE VIEW AND IF THIS IS RESOLVED, I AM ENTITLED TO THE 3 MONTHS WITHOUT ANY EXTRA COST IS THIS CORRECT??

    Thumbs down Worst servie provider AIRTEL

    Dear All, my customer ID is 3008049576 very poor service, sevaral times we approached the customer service centre for registering our complaint that we are unable to view the digital TV but the customer service executive confirmed us that there is some issue from the broadcaster end and requested us to retry after a couple of minutes but after continuous failure i called up the customer support number and the customer service executive confirmed me that an engineer visit is required to resolve the issue but the person who will visit will charge you Rs. 100. If the after sale service is chargeable then the same should be confirmed to the customers at the time of selling up of the DTH box etc. Even,we had decided to register ourselves for a new airtel dth connection,but now after such a disgusting service from airtel, we have decided to change our service provider. Sometime before i was also using airtel broadband,there also the airtel forced me to change the service provider by not providing me the service. So,we request all airtel dth and airtel broadband present customers to resolve their all complaints related to airtel dth and broadband services thereselves only or be ready to change the service provider. And to future custoomers who are planning to purchase the airtel dth service or airtell broadband connection PLEASE DO NOT DO SO IN ANY CASE KAPIL AHUJA[/QUOTE][/QUOTE]

    This is to confirm you that i had myself called up the customer care and had enquired that from where can i purchase the HDMI cable and had myself went up to the airtel dealer and had myself rectified the issue by reconnecting the new HDMI cable.
    Because in today's time AIRTEL is the worst company,which has the worst after sale support.

    mera id no 3006348753 set-up box kharab ho gaya hai, 13 tarikh se complane kar raka raha hu bar-bar complane karne ke bawjood mera set-up box thik nahi kar rahe hai, hamesa comlane register kar, engineer jayega bolte hai lekin koi ata nahi hai. airtel ki service bahut hi bekar hai le kar pasta raha hu. samajh me nahi ata ki kya karu.

    sir my id; 3008145368, and my registered ph no is 8129874042 ihave registered it some months ago and confirmed several times. on req,of bal.iget prompt reply and ihave added channels effectively. but today when asked for a rem. the reply is this no is not registered.again isent adding my id no. still the same reply. areyour people there so irresponsible can i expect decent behavior from Airtel.
