I had a bad expirience with airtel customer care executives.
My id is 3005015134. and I wanted to upgrade my package to super ultra.
When I called the customer care Airtel I was told by one of the executives that it would be done in one hour as there is some technical issue.
I waited for one whole day and nothing happened.
Next day when I call up Customer care another person tells me that the package cannot be changed as there is no scope for upgradation and it has been exhausted for which I thanked him and I gave him indiividual channel numbers which he latter added to my existing package.
I am surprised why the first person gave me wrong information.
