    Exclamation Regarding new Digital TV connection

    Respected Sir,

    I have taken new Digital TV connection of Airtel on 25-Oct-09 and my ID is 3001898848 and they have activated my starting connection card worth Rs 1750/- on 26-Oct-09 as 25-Oct-09 was on sunday.The shopkeeper has commited me that i will get set-up box with connection within 24 hours.

    As i have already called many times to the respected person of Digital TV(Airtel) till today but still i am not getting connection.

    Please help me out as i got frustrated with the same situation or kindly help me out to get my money back from the Digital TV.So that i can arrange other connection as son as possible.

    Default Dish TV permission in company Township

    Dear Sir,
    I work in company(in UP) and live in the bachelor's accommodation provided. The company provides Sat. TV through its DTH network. However, the quality is very poor and some channels are not provided. I requested permission to install DTH(tata sky) of my own. The permission was denied by the company as they say it affects the aesthetics (they don't want Satellite Dish on roof top and loose wire hanging). I am not willing to compromise by using their third class DTH. Do I have option to going to consumer court ?
