Airtel Digital TV

I am costumer of airtel digital TV from 15th Oct 2009 with
their costumer id 3001721182. And from last 4 to 5 days i.e. from 16th Oct
2009, I am not able to see any of my channel or not getting any signal. I
have compliant over their at their costumer care their technical person came
at my place on Saturday 19th Oct 2009, he changed some part any made
working for that day same problem started.

So I compliant again their technical
person , he did not reached my place at that time so I call after that 2 time
to remind them but he had not reached my home/place till now. So what I
should do.
