Dissatisfied Customer from Airtel Digital Tv connection Hello,
My name is Yesuraj I am with Airtel Digital Tv connection for more than 1 year. Initially after installation I have faced many problems and I have raised many complaints and even went to consumer court to claim.. finally the issue resolved. After few month of installation they have replaced my New setup box with the old one and also the old VC. I was facing many problem from then. Now for a week I was unable to view the tv because of the VC and setup box problem I have raised 2 complaints with the reference no: 23372140 & 23414357. Two of them visited my place the first person asked me Rs 350 to resolve the problem and the 2nd person asked me Rs 500. I told them since it was your replaced setup box problem I am not paying even a single penny. They told me to raise a complaint to consumer court and went away.
Note: Now I request Airtel to resolve my problem with free of cost with high priority and refund the last 1 month subscription. Since I was facing problem for the entire month.
I am hoping for the best solution from the consumer court.
