I, bought a new tata sky+(Plus) connection 10 days back which was then
installed on my sony 32 inch L.C.D. tv.
It was not working properly, so I complained about it with the
officials(Service Engineer). they changes my Dish which was installed on the
terrace.Again when it was not working properly i complained about it,, after
calling several times they changed my setup box which was installed at my
home.
But again it started troubling me and again it was not working properly.
inspite of complaining several times through phone and customer care no
action has been taken by the officials yet.
Since I am already customer of tata sky,hence i thought the service will bre
provided in the same manner as it was earlier,but this time i had to face
many difficulties with my setup box which is not yet solved.
You are requested to kindly direct the concerned officials to solve my
problem immidiately otherwise further action as deemed fit will be taken
